Hi Chris I tried emailing you but the email is disabled I read your company policy about arrival time and I understand that even within the two hour window there are hiccups which was why our movers came 4.5 hours after the initial reservations. My friend who came to help had to leave as everything was pushed from 11-1 because they started at 3:15. The main issue which is why I’m very upset is that they didn’t take everything with them in the second round of moving. We were close to being finished, I understood they were unable to take the box spring but when I asked them if they were grabbing the rest of the stuff they said “no, we have another job to get to and we can only take what we have in the truck”. When I asked them if they would reschedule for another day for what they didn’t take without a fee because it was a 1 day move, they said “no it would be an additional move.” I am understandably upset as this has put myself in a bind because my landlord wants me out today. Now my 60 year old mother who has a lot of ailments and I are pushing through the pain to take everything that was left. It’s too short notice to get another crew and if I knew the job would only be partially completed then I would’ve found another company to work with. I was polite to your movers who acted their age and maturity with foul language. I was upset but polite when they told me they couldn’t finish the job that I paid the company to complete. I didn’t call you yesterday because by the time I finished it was after 11 which is why I’m contacting you today. After everything yesterday and the task I’m faced with today, is there any way you could work with me to make this right?

If you’re looking for a reliable company 2 young studs are your guys! After another moving company had left us high and dry on a Friday afternoon at 3 to move a whole house, Chris was able to squeeze us in and get us moved in! His crew was respectful, professional and efficient. Pricing was very clear and fair. The crew was very cautious with moving our furniture into the new house and was respectful of our property. I highly recommend, 10/10!!!

2 Young Studs moving was a great experience. Kyle and Ken worked so efficiently and kept things lighthearted while also working so well together. They were even willing to help me move out my trash from the apartment and did everything with good jokes and good vibes. I would more than recommend their services to others because it was such a fun, funny, easy and smooth process. They were also willing to take any direction but also knew what they were doing and could carry even the heaviest of items up and down multiple flights of stairs without a problem. Such a great price for a great moving service.
