They canceled twice but still will only give ½ my deposit back! They said Fri or Sat my vehicle will be transported. Fri came Sat went by and they finally called. Had to reschedule for Monday or Tuesday. I said you canceled I want my money back Then they said read your document that I signed lol Apparently they have five days to cancel and reschedule before it's there fault. I tried to work with them but they kept telling me it's my fault if I cancel even tho my vehicle is still outside!! Never Ever will o use this company nor recommend them to anyone!!

Poor communication. They’re good at setting up the deposit but will not provide photos, or the status updates are limited. Where is my car? Who is the driver? Very frustrating.

Transported my car from Minneapolis, MN to Houston, TX. They quoted the best price. Took a couple days longer than originally expected, but didn’t matter to me since I wasn’t in a rush. Easy to work with and get updates along the way.

While the contact person was friendly and professional, the rest of the job was a disaster. I signed a contract with a given (fair) price and scheduled the pick up for the following Monday. After several days of delays, they told me I would owe another $100 cash on arrival and it would be picked up Friday and delivered Saturday. They then called Friday afternoon and forced 2 people to change their plans because they wanted to deliver the vehicle Friday afternoon.The vehicle arrived safely, but I will NEVER call A and A again or EVER recommend them.

I had an absolute horrible experience with this company. I contacted these folks on 03/08/21. Charlie Jordan was the representative I was speaking to during this whole ordeal. I paid extra for a winch since my 2015 EVO MR was inoperable. I was told that my vehicle was going to be picked up on 03/11/21. That date came by, then the next, then the next. No calls nor emails. I had to call Charlie Jordan and he said, "I'm going to be honest with you, my driver is NO WHERE near your vehicle's location, but I'll tell you what, there's another driver who can pick your car up tomorrow for an extra $100." Screw it, I did it. The DRIVER DID NOT BRING A WINCH and I paid extra for it. Charlie Jordan REFUSED to do a price adjustment for it. That driver had absolutely no punctuation and was extremely late. Times that were told to me, were days late. Finally received my vehicle, 03/17/21. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone who is deciding to transport their vehicle. This company is complete garbage, ended up paying $845 when it was advertised as $625.
