DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS These people are an absolute joke. We contaced to have some larger items from our house moved down the street to our new hosue. Tool box, bed, fridge, couple couches. We had tried to contact by phone more than once they decided to only respond by email. We left our phone on the email chain and asked them to please contact us. They did not. Upon finalizing the booking we asked if they had a ramp to bring as to make loading onto the trailer easier for them. They said to bring a ramp would cost extra. They then started listing off that half the items we needed moved would be 40$ extra per item given the weight exceeding 150lbs. They never clarified any of this when we had discussed the orginal price but instead started throwing it out just before we were about book. We decided to pass and booked someone else. They then started to get mouthy about it and quite unprofessional over email. The other outift made me realize what joke these guys were as they were cheaper in price answered the phone and when asked about the ramp and dollies they supplied all moving tools upon arrival.

Please stay away from this business. I was quoted for service that came with 2 movers and a 16 foot truck. Only one mover came with the truck. My original move was reschedule and the guy did not show up until an hour later. He then left and popped back up three hours later. He called another person while he sat outside my apartment complex. A nightmare and very stressful experience for my family.

Was trying to use their services for moving help. The guy on the phone was rude. He quoted me a high price which did not coincide with what their website said for one person helping me simply pack a truck and after I tried to ask why prices were different he said because I had “a bed and stuff” and hung up on me. Ok then in return you get a bad review.

I had to make a last minute move from a 2-bedroom townhome to a 1-bedroom, second floor apartment. In about four hours, a two-man crew from University Movers helped me to move lots of furniture and boxes from one place to another, no problem. They even assisted me with getting my abnormally long couch into the apartment via my balcony (see photo)! The guys who assisted me (Shawn and Sean) were friendly and patient, and fun to work with on such a physically demanding project. I appreciated their time and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this business to my friends and family.
