Cortez and Thomas helped my husband and I move into our apartment. They were AMAZING!!!! Not only were they super nice but they were very careful with our stuff and even helped us put our sectional couch back together. They finished early which was baffling considering the amount of stuff we had and were super professional and nice the entire time. I will definitely be booking them again in the future if we move again.

I am CONVINCED that these 4/5-star reviews are FAKE. It can't just be me and one other person - there is no way. 1. Damaged my 5K couch; when I showed the OWNER the photos of the damage real-time, his response was "you paid 5K for THAT?!" *NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND PICTURES ATT'D* 2. Destroyed my artwork, which was representative of my grandson; the owner kept my artwork for weeks, promising to have it repaired by a "professional" and when I advised - in advance - that I would not accept a mediocre repair, I was told by the OWNER "what kind of person do you think I am?" the pictures I've included unequivocally answer that question. The fact that someone would be uncivilized enough to return this to me is disgusting - this picture was in PRESTINE condition before they touched it; no grease marks, taped backing, popped wires, etc. *NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND PICTURES ATT'D* 3. Broke one my 55" televisions after INSISTING that they did not need to pack it in a TV box and when confronted with the damage real-time, told me that they didn't check to see if it worked before leaving destination A; again, NO accountability and had the audacity to make these ludicrous accusations. 4. After one of the movers confronted his co-worker about how he leaned a HEAVY piece of glass on my TV screen, suggesting that is likely how the TV was damaged, the two of them got into a heated argument in my home. *UNPROFESSIONAL* 4. 1 of the 3 guys I was paying for, quit on the job because I had "too much stuff" *UNPROFESSIONAL* 5. Before quitting, the boxes he ^ did move, were piled on top of one another - heaviest on the top. Blocked closet doorways with HEAVY boxes that I had to, in essence, move after the move. *UNPROFESSIONAL* 6. After all of this, to make me whole after causing so much damage to my property, the OWNER told me that he would send his guys to do a second move I needed to a storage facility - no charge. Of course, when it was all said and done, I owed them money! And then had to hire ANOTHER moving company to come and fix their work. *FRAUDULENT* My move was months ago, so I am sure there are things I have forgotten at this point - I almost didn't take the time to write the review, but I landed on this mess of a company because I believed all of the positive reviews and I wanted to ensure others have true and accurate info before making this poor choice. They are HORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRIBLE.

Sold my house faster than I could blink my eyes and was in need of a quick move asap. I couldn't be more happy choosing New Beginnings! Very professional from the owner Michael all the way to the movers. They cared about my belongings as if it was their own personal items. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of moving services at a good fair rate. They definitely aren't trying to nickel & dime you like other companies.

Had a great experience with our move yesterday. Jarvis, Steve and Larry were a great group of guys who worked really hard while also providing a laugh here and there. They were super careful with our furniture and our home. Even though the move went pretty late into the night and you could tell they were getting tired they still were super careful and professional. Have moved a few times and this by far was my best experience. Will be moving our stuff from storage to our new house in a couple of month and look forward to working with this company again.

Michael and the team were more then helpful they were a blessing. I've been trying to do everything from out of town. They extra packed my valued furniture, took pictures, and made my life and pockets extremely happy. They are more then a moving company they helped my soul with the ability to understand my needs and care about me and my belongings as if they were their own. I'd give them a 10 if I could.
