There is a level of competence and professionalism you expect when a moving company comes to move your house hold goods. This company had neither. Packers came but did not pack everything the first day. The second day the company did not come with enough crates (we PCS overseas). The third day (the last day of the scheduled move) they still showed up with not enough crates. The crew on the third day had no idea what was to be packed because nobody from there company did a proper inventory of our house hold goods. The foreman in charge Wednesday was rude and unprofessional because he thought we were just adding items to the inventory when in truth, again, nobody from the company ever did an inventory nor asked me or my wife what all was to be moved. Then they left trash through our house and in the front yard when they finally left. If you are located at Ft Benning and this company shows up, call transportation and ask for another company. We've sent formal complaints to transportation in hopes this company never moves another soldier and their family again. We are anticipating much of our stuff to be damaged when it arrives.

I contacted these guys to help me with moving a couple large items across town. One of these items being my prized Grand Piano. The other being my family's pool table. Not only did the men show up on time, but they were incredibly careful with my belongings(and trust me.... I inspect EVERYTHING). Thanks again, A-Okay!

I've had better moving services than these folks. Honestly the worst and most unprofessional! Not only were they late on arrival, but they stained my carpet from the rain and didn't lay down a tarp while they were moving into my apartment. They heckled my dog while she was crated and barking at them, they knocked over my trash can and dog's water dish and food bowl, and made such a mess! Worse, they dropped my piano and tried to flirt with me as if this was normal. So rude and inconsiderate! I felt like my home and myself was disrespected without consolation or remorse. Do not hire these people unless you want to have a inconvenient and horrible experience like I did.

On 1 June I believe it was they moved us from Columbus, Ga to Hamilton, Ga three men and 1 truck $120 a hour. Jerome the head mover that day was courteous and professional. Overall they worked quickly and for the most part without incident. If you want insurance on the items you are moving it is a strange policy. We decided we did in fact want insurance on at least 2 of our TV's yet we needed more because it had to come out to at least $5000 so we included our Samsung refrigerator. They had quite a bit of trouble removing the fridge from the old house it is quite big, remember this for later. We arrive at the new house that just finished construction while they were moving in our furniture one of the younger guys waiting for one of the other guys to help him loses his grip on a piece of furniture now I have a nice gauge (elongated dent) in my wall Jerome tells me don't worry about it we will have someone come out and fix it. I wasn't concerned. Most of the remaining furniture went in with out incident. The fridge they did have trouble with. At the conclusion of the mobe My wife had about $160 in loose cash in a plastic little chest thing. She yells that we have a problem, When going through our stuff. I talk to Jerome who was on the phone with his boss at the time. He goes out to the truck comes in about 2 mins later and said that it was in one of the moving blankets they used. Cool no big deal. We conclude our business pay Jerome's boss over the phone. They did give me a military discount. But since it went past the hour mark by like 5 mins they charged me more. So I was charged like 5 hours plus the extra time plus insurance oh well we done. Fast forward a few hours. Putting the magnets on the fridge I noticed a nice size dent on our fridge We take a picture with my phone and send it to Jerome. We get no response. We called up A-Okay they are closed I leave a message. I call again the following day I speak to Chris Jerome's boss. He tells me when Jerome comes back out here to fix the damage to the wall he will look at the fridge. Couple days go by I call again tell him still no one came by and that I noticed another dent popped up on the fridge he asks how is it more dents are popping up chuckles a bit. I tell him i dont know maybe they damage the integrity of the fridge when it was so hard to move it from the old house He tells me Jerome is doing a out of town move but will reach out to me. My wife and I call every couple days. The last time I talked to them Jerome told me he will be out here about 530 600pm he then texted me at 638 saying he had a blow out and we would reschedule it for Saturday. It is now Wednesday 4 days past still no response so I will call again today. If it isn't resolved today I will contact the better business bureau. Now besides those incidents they were on time courteous and professional and completed the work rather quickly. Yet I still have that problem with my wall and a dented fridge.
