Update [1 month later] The owner of this company did respond to our initial review below and was very apologetic and sensitive to the situations we encountered. Changed from. 2 stars to 3 stars. Original review: I was disappointed with service received. It was reported to me that the information regarding items to be disassembled and reassembled was poorly communicated between Paul who came to my home to assess to provide estimate, and the actual movers. This made the job far exceed the estimated time frame and cost. While all property moved arrived safely, there was damage to door ways and walls at both the locations. When I reached out to Paul to discuss he was non responsive. Sadly I can not recommend, which is a disappointment as I prefer to support family owned businesses.

I hired A to Z Moving Co last weekend for a ME to NH move and I am very happy with the service that was provided from start to finish. I had never used a professional moving company before and was quite nervous not knowing what to expect. The team was very professional, friendly, organized and communicated well with me throughout the whole process. They took great care of my belongings which ranged from small boxes and furniture to very large and extremely heavy items. They worked quickly, yet were very careful. My belongings were packed well and arrived safely with no damage done to a single piece. I cannot recommend this moving company enough! I will definitely be using them again and referring my friends/colleagues.

First time hiring movers and had a GREAT experience! The crew was responsive, kind, hard-working and very time efficient. They arrived right on the expected time of arrival, wrapped up all of my furniture so everything was kept safe and clean (including my all white couch which looked perfect on arrival!), disassembled and reassembled all furniture with ease and arranged it per my liking in my new place. Cannot speak highly enough will be using them for every move going forward!

Paul was super responsive, honest, and fair in our communications from the estimate on cost to what services he was able to provide, including disassembly and reassembly of my sleep number bed. The 3 guys that helped me move were super personable and professional, while also taking care to not damage my belongings. They even took older furniture to dump for me at a very reasonable price. A to Z made the whole experience a breeze, and I would recommend them to anyone with the daunting task of moving ahead of them!
