This is an amazing company! I was able to coordinate with the company when I was running an hour behind and they were more than kind and flexible. The movers showed up early and went right to work. I didn’t need the 2 full hours because they were so quick, and they had to haul a king size memory foam mattress up a flight of stairs. I would definitely recommend and will hire again.

I booked A-1 through the U-Haul. On the morning of the move I received a text message saying they were running late. Okay great not a problem. 30 minutes later I get a vague text that the mover had car trouble but not to worry I can reach out to several other companies who offer same day service. After several more test messages it was clear that they weren't coming and I should have expected that people could possibly have a car break down. As a single women this left me in a huge bind, I had to be out of the place by 3pm as the new renters were moving in. Save yourself the hassle and NEVER book with this horrible company!!!

I highly recommend A1 Moving Specialist. I had the pleasure of having Dallas and Marcus be my moving crew. They were on time, efficient, and had great attitudes. If I have to move again I will not only use A1 Moving Specialist service but will specifically ask for these two gentleman. I shopped around for moving companies and this was truly the best value.

A1 saved me. I had hired another moving company to help me move but the family buying my house closed a day late so I wasn't funded yet and the family selling me their home wouldn't let me move in until the sale was funded (understandable). The family buying my house said they would let me stay an extra day while we waited for the wire transfer to go but I still had to cancel with that moving company and lose my deposit. 1 hour later the funds arrived the my buyers went back on the agreement and told me my family had to be out that day. I called that moving company back and understandably, they had already reassigned their movers. In a panic I had to rent a Uhaul truck and their website showed A1 Moving Specialists with a lot of positive reviews. They sent 2 movers who had just moved another house even though it was the same day. The movers were incredibly professional. They introduced themselves to everybody helping us move and they took care of all of the difficult pieces to move so well. I would hire those same guys again in a heartbeat. They saved us and made what could have been a disastrous situation a good situation.

David reached out by email and by phone call the very next morning after submitting an inquiry which impressed me. He was professional and gave clear instructions in the business transaction over the phone. Elo and Marcel were the movers. They were a few minutes late after the window timeframe but when I called David to touch base he immediately responded then followed back up with me what their eta was within minutes. Elo and Marcel were excellent teammates and flowed in an efficient manner. They were genuinely friendly, great listeners, and respectful with my stuff. Overall 5 stars!
