I was expecting my shipment as stated on portal and documentation on 4/20. However there was a delay of 1 day as I believe. 2 days later and now I get told it is out of our control. Since our vendor Accelerated picked up the shipment and brought it back to their place instead of delivering. Which no one had a clue nor could get a hold of anyone to get answers. I was asked to get a termination letter so I could have access to the shipment from the vendor. 30 mins later oh we can no longer give you access the vendor stated they are loading it up on a truck to deliver it. Whaaat? So delta allows a 3rd party to pickup a shipment of goods and bring it wherever they like without needing any records?? Yet I even have to send a sign letter to have my wife pick up on my behalf. That just doesn’t make sense.

I called in to report a driver being on his cell phone while driving and the ignorant lady in safety got mad because I didn't know the exact location of driver. I told her Hapeville, GA.. I gave lady trailer number. Driver still have same trailer...Safety lady is rude and she lucky I didn't cuss her out. I asked another lady for manager and she was talking rude in the background.. I see why this carrier get many bad reviews. I don't think safety lady cared about the driver using his phone while driving.

The is the worst freight forwarder I have ever worked with. They no sense of urgency or concerns about your freight. They have lost my freight,damaged and missed cutoffs for flights causing service failures to my clients. If you want your freight delivered on time and great customer service, use another company.
