We moved from the East Bay to the South Bay. I went online to look for moving companies and found All Star Moving Company. I looked at their website and thought it was okay, so I tried calling the company. The boss answered the phone. I told him about the move last week. I thought he was very professional, so I made an appointment with him for moving. We have some large and valuable items in our home. Seeing that the masters were very careful and professional, they helped us prepare. During the moving process, the masters were also very serious. The move went smoothly, almost as planned, and all items were well taken care of. We are very satisfied.

We recently moved from the East Bay to the South Bay, and we had a lot of belongings. We hired All-Star Movers for the move, and their workers did an excellent job. The packing, handling, and unloading were all done very well, and we are very satisfied. We give them five stars.

We recently moved and hired the company "All Star Moving." They were very professional, attentive to detail, and worked quickly. They pretty much completed all aspects of the move according to the time we had agreed upon. We are extremely grateful to them, and if we move again in the future, we will definitely seek their assistance again

STOP!!!! Do NOT HIRE!!!!! 7 plus hours to move a two bedroom two bath and I packed everything my self. $1200 and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had three guys. One probably in his 30’s and the other two looked like they were 50’s or older. They reeked of cigarette smoke and even caught them smoking in the truck with all my items furniture in it. They started off moving at a decent pace but after the 2nd hours they started moving slower and slower. Only one of them spoke English but still didn’t not communicate well. They jumped From room to room which I have never seen any professional company do. One of the first things I asked the guy to do was take the camera and a piece of art off the wall. I had a three stair step stool so it should have been an easy ask. I am 5’4” so it was just a little out of reach for me. I asked for the wardrobes so I can put my clothes in them while they work on the living room and kitchen. My daughter’s room was also ready. He brings each wardrobe in one at a time and as I’m working on it, they keep coming into my room trying to grab items as if they don’t have things in the other three rooms to get. He also ask me for a screw driver which I found very odd. This is something that you do, you should be prepared. He insisted on taking my daughter’s bed apart which I didn’t have to do to move it here. He didn’t have a drill so he is doing everything slowly and manually. To the point that I went in to help to create a sense of agency and to hurry the process along. I go back into the living room and they have packed my step stool and the camera and art piece is still on the wall. When I mention this to him he lazily reaches up to the ceiling and says he can’t reach it unfortunately and the stool is already been loaded. They left the shelves on the wall and saran wrap everywhere. It was a point where they were moving around in packs of three and I didn’t understand it especially when they weren’t lifting anything heavy. One guys clearly had an attitude but it really shined through when we got to my new place. He also had earbuds in the entire time. By hour 4 I just said forget it and decided I will pack the rest of the stuff myself. My new place was only 10 mins down the street but I new they would take forever because the place I came from had a large new elevator and the place I was going had elevator but smaller and security door making it a little harder to use for moving. We get to the new place and one has his phone in his had 80% of the time and bringing one item up with the other hand. The one with the ear buds literally shrugged me off when I asked him to put the items in the rooms they belong in. They were trying to dump everything in the living room floor. They didn’t ask where anything should go or how I would like it. Literally built my daughter’s bed and put it against the window and I would have never done that. It was so heavy I can’t move it myself but didn’t want him to take another hour moving it 3 ft. They bent one of my daughter’s dresser knobs and bent my file cabinet leg and left it on its side. The thing weights over 100 pounds. I came back in the kitchen to find my kitchen scissors missing from my knife set. One of them had taken it to cut Saran Wrap off a piece of furniture. They didn’t come prepared to with the proper tools at all. They left Saran Wrap on my patio, in front of my door and downstairs in the area they were unloading the truck at. They were the most unprofessional, rude, and slow movers I have ever hired. My 55 year old mover ended up taking one of their dollys and bringing things up because she saw that they were dragging their feet. . Then when I asked to speak to the manager they gave me the same 415 number I started off with talking to Len but when I called it i immediately heard it ring to the guy with the 510 number. Such a scam. Reviews look like friends and family especially looking at the last names
