we booked material with gati logistics after charge confirmation and delivery commitment on 17th/18th Sep-24.but after booking and payment paid booking office person didnt receive our call and material delivered after we paid extra Rs.1500 on 21st september. Gati transport book material with low cost and asking for extra charge after material reached at transport destination office at that time you have not any other option except extra payment. we never use gati for transportation and courier, very bad service.

I would like to share the terrible interview process experience that I had with this company about 6 months ago. I was contacted by the HR in the third week of December 2023 (for Legal position) and an offline interview was scheduled in the last week of December which was preponed as an online interview with limited notice but I still somehow managed my schedule (since it was during office hours) and attended it. Post that interview, I followed up once for an update wherein I got the answer that the HR has not received any word from the legal department head. I was contacted by the HR after 20+ days of giving the interview, clearly stating that I "was selected" and another legal department head wanted to speak with me which would be a "casual chat" and will not affect my selection status. The second online interview was scheduled within 2-3 hours of that call, which was at a short notice and I was at my office, however I still somehow attended it. Mind you, I was told multiple times by the HR that I was selected for the role and that they would be shortly moving towards the offer stage. Post the second interview, the HR called me the next day and said that he has received the verbal confirmation from the department head for my selection but is yet to receive a "written confirmation" which he should receive in 2-3 days. I waited and also took timely updates. Finally, after 10 days of giving the second interview, the HR told me that the "approval for the position" is getting delayed for an unprecedented period of time and I shouldn't wait. What was the whole point of the process then? Is this how your organization wastes a candidate's time? If there was no approval to hire for the position, then why seek for candidates at all, let alone take 2 interviews with short notice to the candidate. Interviewing for Allcargo was an absolute waste of my time for more than a month. You cannot take 2 rounds of interviews, assure candidates of their selection and then just give bullcrap excuses for not going forward with the process. This was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience from such a renowned organization. I was really looking forward to work with the company, but now I have realised that I have dodged a bullet. I strongly advise against interviewing with this company.
