I was driving on 95 South this afternoon and a "driver" (I use that term loosely as this bus operator is probably not licensed and was completely incompetent) of bus 110 merged into my lane nearly hitting my car. I laid on the horn 30+ seconds and this bus continued to be driven erratically on the highway exiting at the Glasgow 896 exit. You need to train your drivers and should probably increase liability insurance. ***3/5/2024 I saw a white van driving on 95 s near Wilmington tailgating and driving erratically. Finally exiting at DE Avenue and speeding off the ramp. Your company will NEVER learn will you? I hope you send your drivers for actual training because the 2 experiences I have had had your drivers dangering the lives of others. I hope your company shuts down. So many bad reviews. No one should use this company!!!

As a student on a bus the morning driver is always late and not like 5 minutes about 20-30 making me tardy for school. Today we bought a van for a team meet we had it was scheduled for 6:30 AM and yet it didn’t not show. This company is very unprofessional

Your driver of van #16 (green van) was tailgating me and everyone else on DE-1 this morning. He was going over 90 mph dangerously trying to push every driver out of the way.

This company is an absolute joke. They cannot hold steady bus drivers, sometimes the bus shows up, sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes it shows up on time, sometimes it comes 30 minutes late. The supervisor I had to speak with this morning to address and issue was completely rude and incompetent. Maybe she couldn’t fully hear what I was saying or comprehend it due to her child screaming in the background. When I asked to speak to someone else she hung up on me. HORRIBLE people and customer service skills.
