Online ratings cannot be always trusted. I believe people who have given 5 stars to this dentist have not experienced a great service and good patient care so far. My experience with this dentist wasn't good. I would like to remind this dentist that you are dealing with real human teeth and not dental models. You cannot perform the procedures in a hurry with 4 different patients sitting in 4 different rooms. You cannot show your frustration on the patients while performing the procedures. The only positive I can think of is that the office is maintained neatly. That said, I think that the dentist can improve further by changing the attitude and by providing better service, if the dentist is open to receiving constructive feedback from patients. Please spend some time to talk to your patients, understand their problems, explain the procedure properly before starting it, obtain ongoing feedback from the patient during the procedure to know if they are enduring pain, and check with your patients if they are feeling okay, after the procedure.

I've always been self-conscious about my gummy smile ever since middle school, and it was something that held me back from feeling confident even after getting braces. After doing some research, I decided to visit Dr. Annie, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the moment I walked in, the entire experience was positive. Dr. Annie was not only welcoming but also extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the entire process of cutting my gums in detail, which really helped ease my nerves. Throughout the procedure, she made everything feel so simple and completely painless. I felt reassured every step of the way. I can’t recommend Dr. Annie enough. She really made a huge difference for me and my new smile!

Care Quality: 10/10 Dr. Annie has an amazing attention to detail to offer the best quality work Office Experience: 10/10 The office team is very attentive and responsive, I can text them any time with my questions or needs and they are always available The story and experience: I had over a 10-year-old crown on my front tooth that broke on a Saturday and I was devastated. Fortunately, I found Dr. Annie's office open on weekends. At the time this happened, I was in the third trimester of my pregnancy so there was extra caution and care that needed to be considered, along with my deep fear of going to the dentist and getting any dental procedure done. Dr. Annie and the team had a lot of empathy for me and really made sure to go above in beyond with my care. They made me feel so comfortable by checking in with me frequently and walking me through the procedure. The damage to my tooth was not salvageable and she did everything she could to make it work. Ultimately, I had to decide whether or not I wanted to do an implant or a bridge. I made the tough decision of going with a bridge. Although it is a non-conservative procedure, Dr. Annie was very careful to be as conservative as possible. Her attention to detail, care, and timeliness was phenomenal. She worked as though she was trying to beat a world record while maintaining exceptional work. The outcome of my bridge and smile is BEAUTIFUL. Dr. Annie is a master at her craft and a wonderful human being!!

Where to begin? I was at work, away from home, after hours, when I fractured a molar; I'd a trip scheduled in a few days, and dreaded a flight with a damaged tooth. A quick online search provided Dr. Nguyen's practice-a quick phone call, and Dr. Nguyen answered herself! I explained my situation, and she was able to get me in as soon as I was available; upon arrival at her office, I was promptly in-processed, and immediately seen. Upon exam, she immediately diagnosed, and treated, my tooth; from my standpoint, "as good as new." Professionally, she was kind, attentive, and radiated competence and care. Her office assistant was of the same caliber. Her facilities are state-of-the-art. I can sincerely and heartily recommend Dr. Nguyen for your dental care. She is an excellent dentist, who genuinely cares for her patients.

As someone who takes dental hygiene very seriously, I can confidently say that All Smiles is the most pleasant and professional dental office I have ever visited. Dr. Annie's office creates an exceptional patient experience with relaxing music and live TV. I have been a loyal patient for five years, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care I receive. Dr. Annie also helped my uncle, who suffered from acute liver disease and lost many of his teeth. She provided him with veneers and restored his confidence to live a normal life. A great family dental practice overall!
