I can only say positive things about my experience with Alliance Moving Services Ltd. They were excellent. I was given options of days I could choose for delivery and the day before hand given a projected time slot and day of delivery they gave me a heads up 1 hour before they arrived. They were super careful with everything, unpacked my new sofa and built the modular element, took away their packaging and made sure it was in the position I wanted it to be in before they left. If only all my delivery experiences were this positive!

We recently purchased some home cinema chairs and Alliance were used by the company to complete the delivery and installation. We were very happy with the very professional service we received. We received a phone call to confirm when they were about an hour away. They unwrapped all the packaging and moved the chairs into the room we wanted (which involved going down into a basement). They were cautious and careful to make sure the chairs and decor were not marked or damaged. Once everything was set up they went through how to work everything and made sure we were happy before they left. Excellent service, very friendly and professional and I would be happy to recommend this company. Thanks.

Our king size bed was delivered efficiently and on time as promised. The person delivering it brought it as a compact vacuum packed bed and I was surprised to see how that could happen so easily. He carried it to our house with no fuss or bother. We were very happy with the service we got from this delivery firm. Thank You!

Not a great experience and wouldn't recommend. The whole delivery felt as though I was putting the 2 guys out with a few eye rolls from one of them. A lot of huffing and puffing and sighing because they had to take it up the stair to the bedroom. Considering they are experts a flight of stair's shouldn't be a chore! They dumped the mattress on the frame with the packaging still on, had to call them back and ask them to remove it and take the packaging away again more huffing! Then they didn't take the old mattress as arranged, I again had to ask them to take it, to be told that it wasn't on the job list. But when he looked a bit closer at the job he found the instruction to take the old mattress with them. Again more huffing, puffing and sighing!!! Terrible experience, felt stressed by with the whole experience, would not recommend.
