I launched a business relationship with Allied a couple of years ago. As one of the founders of a staffing company that works with Allied, it is a breath of fresh air to work with their "dream team" from the supervisors, to payroll. Our main business coordinator, Mona Walker, dedicates so much energy and time to making sure processes are organized and simple for both sides. The management at Allied is incredibly responsive to finding solutions to problems, and our own employees that we represent have given us great feedback while employed there.

I'm with Arron and Ben here. Its true simply messed up people don't care about safety talk to you any which way make false promises and pretense jus to cover they're own Iv see and heard both supervisors in weld shop calling us all names taking advantage of peoples kindness talking about other employees like he's not gonna do the same to me lol. I had much of the same issues with them I told him I'm a welder not a magician you gota give me supply's and tools to do the work nope cheap dirty dangerous idk how many times I told Joe about a hydraulic leak in my work space he did nothing told me to go bak in there jus dont use it,right as if the fire hazard wasn't the issue.i told Mona at hr I signed all safety and start paperwork and never got training then she lies and says I was out of work convenient after I said something they don't care they'll just throw you in expecting you to figure it out it out if you don't they wipe they're feet with you I never had a sit down or even know what mona looks like but that's how they do it you guys are right stay away hope my attorney can get some light going even if it don't help me,paper trail maybe it'll help someone at some point seems this has been going on for a long time now...got the ok for letting them know having a baby sure your good goahead then I'm sorry your fired for missing to many days wow ok let see how this plays out now thanks a lot allied smh
