Allston Piano / Gentle Giant are amazing. I've used them more than once over the years. Noticeably better than some other competing moving company that had to move my upright out (paid for by others). My new delivery was a 900 lbs grand and they carefully got it moved in up four steps, installed the legs and misc. accessories. Double checked the orientation and made sure I was happy with the placement. I will be using them again in the future.

We hired Allston Piano Moving Company (a division of Gentle Giant) to move a Steinway Grand and two upright pianos. The crew came out as scheduled and did a fantastic job. I have always been impressed with the Gentle Giant crews, and this time was no exception. They were careful, had all the right equipment, protected the pianos well, and were clearly doing a job they understood very well. I was never worried that the pianos (or the movers!) might get hurt. Getting a quote and making an appointment was easy, as well. We will definitely call them for future moves.
