I have used Alpine Moving for years, all the way back to 2017. I have always had a great experience until this time. My dresser was damaged and Ace told me, multiple times, their handy man would be reaching out to schedule a repair. This person has never contacted me and Alpine is no longer responding to my calls. It has been nearly one month. This was a new dresser with no damage and I am so disappointed. I would not recommend using due to poor customer service.

I do NOT recommend this moving company. We hired alpine moving company for an unload of a moving truck only. The boys who unloaded the truck did a fine job and were polite. I say boys, because these guys were quite young and we had some very heavy furniture which proved to be an issue. The two boys were at least 30 minutes late because apparently one of them had just woken up. They did not use dolly’s after we asked them why several times. We were paying them by the hour mind you, so using the tools they had to speed up the process is important. We even started helping them unload so the process would go quicker. They were unable to move the piano into the house because they were not equipped with staff or tools to do so. We had called prior to the move to confirm with the company (several times) that they would be able to move the piano. They assured us they could. Lastly, the crew damaged a piece of stair railing in the process moving a big furniture item. They assured us they would send someone out to fix it. It took weeks-months of hassling the owner about the repair for him to finally send Venmo money for the repair. The crew did the best they could with the resources they were given. However I do NOT recommend using this moving company.

I would highly recommend Alpine! The crew arrived early, took extra care in protecting our belongings, and were extremely efficient and polite. I would definitely use them again for future moves.

I hired Alpine to unload two PODS from driveway into the house. All three movers arrived on time. They covered the threshold to avoid damage, worked hard, and got everything done faster than I expected. Easily worth the money and their speed really set them apart from previous moving companies (and I've moved a lot).
