We had a rough start to BUT the second company that transported our 55 John Deere Crawler was outstanding. Driver was extremely professional and informed us as to the day he would arrive. Day of delivery, he called in morning with time of arrival and he was here. He helped me with taking crawler off flat bed. I highly recommend him and American Auto Transport. They are worth cost.

I had scheduled a vehicle pick-up with Yandy, and a date was confirmed. However, the vehicle was never picked up. Three days later, I received a call inquiring if I still required the pick-up service. This lack of professionalism and reliability is unacceptable. On the scheduled pick-up date, the company failed to communicate and did not respond to phone calls, leaving the client stranded. I strongly advise against using this company unless you are willing to risk your vehicle being left unattended.

I was so nervous to ship my car due to crazy reviews with claims of dishonest shippers and costs doubling, etc. I called multiple companies before going w this one. I had specific delivery dates which they promised they could meet. They were pleasant and polite, had excellent communication, got my car delivered on the exact date I requested, and met all my expectations. I was mistakenly charged twice for the deposit and within an hour of me contacting them they had processed my refund. 5 stars for this shipper!!!!

AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!! This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 52 years on this earth. Here's my story.... It starts with texts and emails "we have a driver in your area", "Truck in your area", "Do you still need to move your car?" These texts and emails arrive every day. When you call they answer, when you text they reply. They give the impression that they are professional, are on top of things and they will pick up and drop off the vehicle on the agreed dates and times. Then you pay them the deposit.... Obviously they are a broker who sub-contracts the actual transportation. The driver turns up, on time, loads the car and off he goes. Then the problems start.... Once they have the vehicle and have been paid their broker fee the communication stops. they dissapear. They dont answer the phone, they stop responding to texts, they dont respond to emails..... If you manage to get through to someone (names a little further down) they speak to you as if you had the absolute temerity to call them with a question. As if I should be so rude to call a company i've paid to do a job.... My car was collected on the 7th with an agreed delivery date of 14th or 15th of September. I told Paul the date i needed it delivered and he worked backwards and said it must be collected on that particular date to guarantee delivery. The car has a tracking device. It was collected on the 7th, went on it's merry way around LA and RIverside county for 3 days, doors opening and closing repeatedly, then finally got on its way on the 10th. It raced across country (this was a delivery from CA to NY) and got to PA on the thursday. The driver text me to say it would be delivered friday or saturday as planned. Then silence.... The car sat in Pennsylvania from the Friday to Tuesday, long after the agreed delivery date and no-one fron American Autotransport could be bothered to help, No response to the texts that they were quick to respond to before I paid, no response to my emails, no one picking up the phone. I managed to get through to Paul who basically told me to get off the phone and he'd call me when he had an update (he's never called me back) Heather called me and said she'd look into it, she's never called me back. I called her back on the number she called me on, could not get through to her, a guy called Yandi called me back and said 'this isnt my file i cant help unless you want to book another delivery' I tried for 5 days to get any sense out of American Auto Transport and got none. Eventually I found the transport companies number online and called them. The guy who answered told me the driver was sick and they were backlogged. Then i got a text from Jessica to say the car couldnt be delivered because the delivery truck had a puncture and it was a safety issue... basically a lie. I had to drive from Connecticut to Pennsylvania to got the car myself. A six hour round trip. What I found when I got there was a yard backed up with cars not delivered and a bunch of guys hanging around. THere is no way my car would've been delivered any time soon. Paul Strausberg - avoid him Yandi Saldinas - avoid him Jessica in customer service - avoid her Heather in customer service - avoid her American Auto Transport - avoid them I will NEVER use a transport company again. I have to move this car back to CA in april and i'll drive it cross country rather than risk another experience like this. One star is one too many for this outfit.

So we actually used this company twice in the past and there were no problems until now, we booked a transport two weeks prior to the needed date and sent a 150$ deposit, no one ever showed up to pick up the vehicle and I have not been able to reach anyone in their office. This place has become a complete scam and I do not recommend anyone using their service. I want my 150$ back.
