This is our second move by this company and they again were very professional from beginning to end! The communication was excellent and the actual movers were very nice and made sure everything was all good and carefully handled to the owners discretion. I would highly recommend their services to anyone considering a move!

Sow Smooth Movers did an amazing job. 2 polite young men loaded and unloaded everything in short order and moved us into mid town Manhattan without any problems. Phenomenal experience!

I recently moved from Texas to NC, and am happy with the service provided by US relocation. Coordinating the transportation of my car to handling my household items was done efficiently and professionally. I want to thank Chris for coordinating such a smooth move! The quote was better than others I received and did not change after the delivery, unlike some stories I have heard where there were surprise fees or unexpected charges. One tip I would like to offer others looking into moving services is to clarify payment details. Knowing what portion of the quote goes where and the accepted forms of payment can save you a lot of hassle. Overall, I recommend these movers for anyone planning an interstate relocation. I used US relocations Inc. as I had to move and the team of movers were superior! They were on time and they worked hard. They moved all my furniture and large items with no problems! I fully endorse this moving company because they communicate well. They email you to confirm dates and have a very small down payment to confirm your schedule. I also feel that they were very affordable and if I had to do everything by myself, I never could have pulled it off! US relocation incorporated had two guys that were very strong and as mentioned worked very hard in the four hours that it took to move all of my things Not to mention, they took apart my bed and set it up upon delivery as well! All of my items were wrapped with heavy duty, blankets, and clear film to protect all of my furniture!

Edit 7/11/2024 after getting a response to this review today, 2 weeks after my initial review was posted (yet they respond almost immediately to the 5 star reviews). “According to our records, the sales representative did mention that loading items inside the car is at the sole discretion of the driver and advised you to check with them at the time of pickup.”-I specifically asked Shiraj if items were allowed in the vehicle (before I signed their contract) and his answer was yes that is not a problem. This makes it seem as if he simply told me yes in order to get me as a customer, or he was not properly trained for the job and gave me incorrect information. Again, neither are my fault. No mention of me needing to check anything with the driver. “We made every effort to reschedule for the next day and find an alternative solution, but you chose to cancel the household goods move instead.”- this is regarding my move, I had no choice but to cancel the move because they could not guarantee they’d be able to pick up my items so why would I continue with a service that isn’t even sure they can provide for me? “We were not part of any agreement between you and the driver regarding the loading of items inside the car, which unfortunately resulted in damage.”- there was NO agreement between myself and the driver about anything. “We shared the contact details of their dispatch head”- no one has provided any contact details of the dispatch head. “Although the auto hauling company stated that the signed bill of lading absolves them of the $4000 repair cost”- I signed their receipt acknowledging I have received my car but there was no inspection of the interior of the vehicle, and the driver left in a hurry. Edited: Never was it mentioned that no items were allowed in the vehicle, otherwise why would I have loaded items in the car?! US Relocation has been extremely difficult to get a hold of, and they always tell me “we will call you back thank you” when I call asking to speak with Alex Murphy. However, they never even ask for my name and phone number!! Edited to add more pictures. Also, they provided an email address to send written claims to. I tried that and the email bounced back saying access denied. This sounds SO much like a SCAM!! Horrible service. If I could give negative stars, I would. Used them to relocate my belongings and ship my car. Literally the day of the movers going to pick up my belongings, they run into car trouble and can no longer pick up the day that was planned and “should” be able to the next day. They told me otherwise to find another mover, one day before I was set to move out. Very irresponsible! Alex who I was dealing with making the arrangements was extremely rude 9/10 times we spoke on the phone. I ended up having to find another mover last minute and luckily was able to find one with not only a better rate, but extremely friendly. Now moving onto my car shipment. On the day of drop off at my new location, the driver shows me pictures that he had to take belongings out of my car and put them in other cars due to weight issues! No one ever mentioned anything about weight limit, much less moving my belongings. Upon returning the items to my vehicle, they did a bad job and placed things sideways, upside down, even stacked weight on something clearly labeled fragile. Their rearrangement of moving my belongings in my car and loading them up carelessly resulted in damage to the interior of my car. I reached out to Shiraj and Alex regarding this damage, along with the driver of the vehicle. The driver asked for info and said he would look into it, then disappeared. Alex NEVER responded to any attempt made at communicating with him. Shiraj responded ONCE and then disappeared as well. Terrible service and customer service, irresponsible, and careless. Would not recommend to anyone, would never use them and yes I made sure to have insurance included which seems pointless.
