I’ve been using taxi amigo since 2016 and I hate to say this but the service gets worse every year. I called today because i left my car at the mechanic and they told me it would be $7 and then I waited for 15 minutes (I needed to be at work by 8:30am) only to find out they went to the wrong place and are now charging me $13 because they couldn’t confirm the right place when I first called them. Personally I wouldn’t call them unless you have time to spare, I was late to work due to the poor communication on their end and this is not the first time Ive been late to work because of them. Update: Although taxi tu amigo responded to my review stating “it won’t happen everyday” they have picked me up late twice causing me to be late to my job. I am sad to say I will never be taking another “taxi tu amigo” ride. I’d rather pay for a car ride provider who cares about their customer reviews and takes corrective actions based on their customer reviews- since this is not a new issue but rather a re-occurring one.

I have used TuAmigo twice. I have never had an issue with a different price than they quoted. My driver Carlos was great. He was a little late but he got me there on time. He was friendly and courteous. I had needed a round trip from him. He waited 1 hour in the parking lot for my doctors appointment to be done. I wouldn’t have any hesitation to use them again. Thank you Billy and Carlos.

Gave me attitude because he couldn’t hear me well while I was talking loud, then proceeds to hang up after awhile, and no taxi appears. Love the people who drive the taxi, but you callers need to learn respect
