Unprofessional and Unreliable Experience We recently had an unfortunate experience with ATL, a company that hired us to complete a load for one of their customers. Our driver dutifully drove an hour to the pickup location and waited there for another hour, only to be informed that the load was being canceled due to weather conditions. While we understand that no one can control the weather, it was disappointing that ATL refused to compensate us for the time and resources we expended when they should have taken responsibility for booking the truck and then canceling it after the driver was on site for an hour. This incident resulted in our company, incurring costs with no reimbursement, demonstrating a lack of professionalism and consideration from ATL. We expected better communication and accountability from a company in this industry.

Was booked to move freight with these guys and they cancelled the afternoon we were supposed to load. My truck was +1,200 miles from homebase and ATL sent confirmation to pickup before my truck was dispatched. Their excuse for cancelling was not justifiable and their staff did not deal with is in a professional manner, they called our office on Canada Day and when they didnt get an answer within the hour they pulled the plug. I called their office on Independence Day and it was closed, I left a message and didnt hear back from anyone for over 2 hours... Not the kind of organization that you can rely on. I understand their are shady carriers out there, we are not those guys, when we commit to a load we follow through.
