If you come from some third world country slum this place is definitely a step up. The council and local politicians love the reviews of third world country refugees or locals that never in their life visited a nice place to experience clean and tidy scenes to quote and display those raving reviews of the suburb :-) Tourist rarely use public transport to get to and from Armadale and surrounds and do not see much of the confronting ghetto like environment.

I was sitting waiting for my train when an old lady fell onto the tracks and absolutely got slammed by a train. Needs more safety. - pluh.

Never been on a train here before... don't plan on it either. The place looks like it's stuck in the 80's and not in a good way. I honestly think the local council hasn't realised that we've updated from using asbestos in buildings. Only plus is the Chicken Treat literally across the road from it.

The train station bit is alright. Good structure and I've always seen the guards remove people with antisocial behavior.... but as soon as you go over to the bus stops side, it feels like you're on your own. There are very few options for late evening/ early night buses, which in a dangerous area such as Armadale is a bit more than just incovenient. The bus area usually reeks of urine and dirty, which is not a nice sight. There is plenty of parking available.

Do you want your train-line completely shut down every two weeks? You can count on us! Love being asked for a dollar every day? We do too! Come on down to Armadale! We may be a scabby infected open wound of a city, but at least we've pissed all over the place to sterilise it! Brah.
