I have no idea how every single person in one place can be so rude and so NOT helpful! A person makes a mistake by having drinks at dinner, admits to said mistake perfectly willing to obey the law, pay all the fines, take the class and then have to deal with the hateful girls in this office. They have cost me about $500 extra because I went out of town to see my son before he deployed to Iraq. Fines for everything after I tried for 2 weeks to reach someone who knew something before I left to go across the country. Now I can’t get a straight answer about the procedure to have the calibration equipment removed from my car. So frustrating

It was fast and only $30. But you have to make sure that your compliance summary is no more than 30 days old! And the ppl treated me with respect. Don't give a bad review just because u caused urself to have to do it,it's not their fault. Good place

Case managers are useless .... I had to come home from Montana to take this class after I was told by the court and my lawyer that it could be taken in Montana....I’m pregnant and the class is canceled and now I have to change insurance from one state to another and the case managers give no assistance or updates .... I wouldn’t recommend maybe roanoke offices are better ...we have also covered no information in the class. Each person has a different book to follow and the instructor has unnecessary and unprofessional comments and waste the first 45 minutes of the class ..

I feel like any review for this place would be bad, but that's not fair. I had a DUI and had to deal with this facility. As far as getting ahold of your case worker, it's nearly impossible. The customer service throws me off, yes, we're here because we committed a crime, but we are doing our time. I personally have always been overly polite to the staff, but they always seem to have this rude demeanor.

Deserves zero stars. Yes, no one wants to have to deal with this but obviously I did the crime I dealt with the conciquences. I paid everything upfront completeled all my classes on time, no mess ups with my interlock or anything. The whole 6 months it was IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with my case manager Mary Gamma? (Spelling or name could be wrong) wouldn’t know if that’s even her name since I rarely spoke with her. Everytime I called to ask a question she was incredibly rude and acted as to why am I even calling or asking. First off don’t be rude and miserable this is your job. Would raise her voice and do these little additude/smart Allic tones and remarks. Never would return my phone calls. When my 6 months was up called to tell them I had my last load up took her two weeks to write and send my report. Never to call and give me a heads up on anything I had to call her for her to tel me “I’m going to try to do it today” wow after 2 weeks finally she’s going to “try”. I finally call the place where my case was transferred from and said they sent over the approval 3 days ago! 3 days. Which she said she hadn’t gotten and would call me when she got it. Just ridiculous and unprofessional. I did all of my part, pleasantly And with the most respect I might add. I expect the same in return. Just can’t believe out overly rude and unprofessional she was. Thank gosh this is over with I will never have to deal with them again.
