Yeah they were nice after I had my car nice and clean they clean the bus stopped and they made my car all nasty looking in front and I showed it to him and they told me go ahead and get it washed and they'll pay for it and they did I like that the only thing I don't like is waiting for buses that's why I got me into the car

I was offered an employment position for a paratransit driver. They said their insurance couldn't cover me but would not tell me why. I have a perfect driving record and have been driving 30+ years. For 30 days they had me thinking I was starting on March 29th 2024 but wouldn't answer any of my texts. When I finally left a voicemail she sends me a text 5 minutes later saying that they regret to inform me that I didn't get the job. So for 30 days they had me thinking that I would be starting on March 29th. I made myself unavailable for any other jobs because I didn't want to miss out on this one. She didn't even have the decency to call me and tell me this. So I go back to indeed and I see the job position open again and it was posted 7 days ago. Mind you it's only been two or three days since I received the text saying I didn't get it. Therefore she waited to let me know but not until she received my voicemail. I'm so glad I didn't begin working with them because if they can't even hire decent then they're definitely not going to be a good boss. Thanks for nothing avta

After only 1 month of riding AV transit I've witnessed Prejudice bus drivers towards the black African America community I've witnessed black people get left behind in wheel chairs because the driver didn't want to let them on I've witnessed radio calls discrimination against black people some of these bus drivers yell at kids of color I've witnessed a bus driver follow a black women to the back of the bus as if he was going to hit her because she asked for a ride their was a recent incident where the driver made a African American high school student put Pennies on the bus after asking him for a ride held passengers up for at least 5 minutes when asked what was going on he replied he was not in a rush with people who have jobs and school were in a rush to be on time to where they were going it's frequent racism coming from them and it's not right , for only a certain group to be treated as such bus #1 #11 morning shift Description: 1.Hispanic women red hair morning shift #1bus failed to load wheel chair with black male 4 encounters 2. black male low hair cut center part #11 bus route followed black women to the back of the bus screaming at her for asking for a ride 3. white male discrimination against black students #11bus held up passengers over 5 minutes to make black student put a bag of pennies in machine imo to get to school
