They demo’d and filled in our pool. They did a perfect job, and topped it with good dirt, like they promised. Now the dogs can run hot laps in the back yard. Flavio is very personable, and his crew were very nice. Everyone from the crew to the office communicated every step of the work that was to be done. Very appreciative of their hard work. Don't trust the negative reviews of BK Demolition on here!! Call Flavio and find out for yourself just how professional and reasonable these guys are. I used BK to remove an old garage. They worked well in the narrow confines of my East Sacramento lot, kept the work area tidy, and did not leave behind any scraps upon completion. I had a question on pricing related to some extra work I requested to have done in the middle of the project, and Flavio worked with me after the fact to make sure I was satisfied. I could not be happier with the caliber of work, the price, or way I was treated by the good folks at BK. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

As a general building contractor I can’t say enough positive things about Flavio and his crew. After dealing with several other flake demo guys, Flavio quoted me on a Friday in a few minutes and had the additional insured by the end of the day. He started on Monday and made quick work of a garage, pergola and concrete. BK Demolition is the outfit you want to hire for your project.

BK demolition is a top notch company and I am so happy that we hired them for our restaurant conversion. We’re taking an old market down to its redwood frame and converting it into a brand new restaurant facility. Flavio and his team have done a tremendous job with coordinating with us to make sure that every phase of the job is done correctly with precision. From stripping layers upon layers of old flooring, walls and ceilings to saving some the redwood components so that we can reclaim it for milling purposes for siding and trim. The best part of BK demolition is the customer service. Flavio and his team have been flexible with timing and working around our general contractors schedule. I needed excavation in a tight space under my house to add a bonus room and some footers dug. There was a lot of rock, a tight space. My concrete subcontractor recommended BK to save money over a manual jackhammer approach. I could not believe BK's ability to work in such tight spaces. The did an GREAT job. The crew was courteous and always left the job site clean and neat. On schedule. I could not ask for better work!
