DO NOT rent from this company! The lack of customer service has been ridiculous and the lack of response and complete absence of professionalism is unacceptable. It's easy to see why Biagini receives such poor reviews online, it's really been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. They never respond to tenants and or fulfill the basic responsibilities as property management. I've been waiting 3 months for a sign to be put up and spelled correctly and still got a bill for something that wasn't even done right. Absolute waste of time.

I am sharing my review of the staff as a former applicant who expressed interest to work for this company. I am not a client.. I used to work at this building suite some years ago for a company that is no longer in business . The company was located next to Biagini Properties, Inc.. I've had some interaction with several of the employees who work throughout this suite on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor by engaging in small talk on a friendly level. Some of them are still working for the same company since I left several years ago, including some of the staff from Biagini. I submitted my resume and have interviewed with several of the companies within this suite so I frequent the building quite often.. at least I did in the not so distant past with Biagini being the most recent. I received a phone call from one of the staff members who I submitted my resume to as she mentioned she was in need of an assistant. She told me that she was going to move forward with another candidate.. someone with more experience in the business. I was totally fine with that and ended the conversation on a good note.. so I thought. Later that day, to my surprise I received a phone call from the security manager at one of the security companies who partners with another security company that I used to work for... he told me his name and the company name of who he represents.. I actually thought he was calling me for an interview as I have submitted my resume to several companies within the past month. That was not why he was calling.. he mentioned that someone from building 333 West Mathilda Avenue in Sunnyvale gave him my number to let me know that I am restricted from entering the building suite!!! 😳HA! as if I am some type of threat to society!!! The first thing that came to mind was "how dare you give out my phone number to anyone without my permission.... and a security manager at that?!!! I told the security manager why I was in the building suite as often as I was and he didn't really think anything was wrong with it but apparently, my presence was causing a concern for some people. Nothing about this situation makes sense to me.. but I conclude that there are certain staff members at this company that are not to be trusted. and honestly speaking, finding out about all of this felt like a "slam in the face" especially when I thought everything was going smoothly. Bye bye Biagini 👋👋👋

Good luck renting from such a place. This place will make you pay for any problems you may have with your commercial rental property. When you have a problem they will also ignore you for many days. We had some plumbing problems and they asked us "are you sure you want to hire an emergency plumber? It's going to increase your CAM". They also think we should be so lucky to rent from their lousy facilities. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM and it will be hard to rent anywhere else as they pretty much own too many buildings/manage too many of them. if you are locked in to a lease may you not have any problems because if you do, you're screwed!
