Sherry T. and Stephen P. Came in to package the house to move to us Germany. Very professional and quick with the tasks at hand. Whether it’s protecting your precious moments figurines or crystal glasses to helping you get hyped for the next part of your move. Great people too! Brendan B. And Roderick B. Came in the next day to ship everything that was packaged and tagged for them. They did all the heavy lifting and organizing our stuff for the overseas trip. They were both nice and friendly and easy to work with. Overall this team came in and did a quick, efficient and smooth removal of our home.

Brendon, Roderick and Ray-Ray showed up on time and worked the whole time both while loading our things from our previous home and unloading at our new home. Smiling and cheerful crew. Both locations weren’t easy for them, up hill load and down hill unloading. I had very large pieces of furniture and everything was handled with care. We were very impressed with this crew. Thanks guys! Good job!

Update: Buehler QA reached out to me and had me file a claim. They were able to send someone out to repair my door and weather strip. I don't normally write reviews, but I'm exceptionally upset with this moving company. I've moved around a lot, and I've never had an issue with any moving company. Let's start off with scheduling the delivery...I was informed via email of my delivery date. I had a feeling about something so I ended up calling them a few days before to find out approximately what time they would arrive. I was then told that they overbooked and wouldn't be coming out when I was scheduled. If I was scheduled, how could I have been overbooked?? Needless to say, it was rescheduled for the following week. They arrived and well the mover’s attitude was less than welcoming. I had a military move from overseas, so everything was wrapped in cardboard. I'm not sure why they decided they needed to unwrap everything outside when they could've done it in the cool house, but I also don't know the procedures. I kept getting told that the company that packed me out overseas didn't do it right and I told them that I didn't pack it so that's not my problem. Nothing came broken or damaged, so I call that a win. I also asked for them to put the couch upstairs, but they were reluctant and didn't think it would fit. I had to suggest that they bring it up vertically but told them if they couldn't we would just do it ourselves. The ended up taking it up. The last thing that broke the camel's back here is that after they had left and a few days passed, I walked into my front door (I had been using the garage door) and I noticed that the frame had been scratched up and a gouge in the frame along with the insulation being torn. Normally movers will put guards on the doorways but clearly that wasn't the case here. Since I gave them the benefit of the doubt which was stupid on my part, I signed the paper saying there was no damage to the property because he acted like there wasn't and I thought he was being honest. There's no way you couldn't have seen that there was no damage on the door frame. I should've just looked at every single inch of the house where they went to verify. Now the door frame may not get fixed because of that. I know for next time! The other thing is that I was supposed to call and schedule for someone to come out to open my crates since the movers couldn't do it. Not sure why they couldn't it's just screws. Anyway, I called the office and they said they would call back. Never received a call so I ended up doing it myself. It looks like I may not be able to get my door fixed by them. Hopefully my company doesn’t continue to use them especially after I’ve expressed my displeasure with them. The company seems chaotic and unprofessional.
