Called Burrell’s today after 4:00 to have a piano moved inside our home whenever they could do the job. Not only did they answer the phone, but they came over by 5:00 today after their last job. Nice guys and they carefully moved our piano. I highly recommend this company! Oh, and they are based in Fishers.

The Burrell’s Moving & Hauling LLC website boasts having over 20 years’ experience in the moving field; however, what the website doesn’t tell you is Burrell’s Hauling & Moving is the moving company for you if you don’t care how your possessions are treated & that if they are damaged Mr. Burrell will fail to reimburse you for the damages. He’ll give you one excuse after another for why he hasn’t paid you, and you will never see your money; or he’ll claim Burrell’s Moving isn’t responsible for the damages. It's also the company for you if you want to experience a “bait and switch” for services & pay $700 more because additional trips were needed when the move took longer than quoted because Mr. Burrell decided to use a smaller moving truck to increase the cost of the move. Three months after the move, Mr. Burrell still hasn’t reimbursed me for the curio cabinet that was dropped and damaged beyond repair. He has also refused to take responsibilities for other items damaged during the move.

Pro: -Nice Website Format -2 Really Hard Working Men/1 with great people skills -Family Business Con -Attempted to Cancel with approx 48 hours notice, told I would be charged Over $150 cancellation fee -Owner said he would be there at noon to evaluate my situation, he didn't come until later after his kids called him in (as they felt they needed more men/time...which is fine, I'm not the expert). When I said this he said "well I'm here now" instead of taking responsibility. -I booked the max size truck the website allows, the owner chastised me for not booking a bigger truck. Not sure how to fix that one. -One worker stood around on his cell phone an insane amount. It was so bad the 3rd worker who showed up had to get onto him. (The other two were excellent in making an effort) -A bit unprofessional as they had a family member with a crying baby following them, standing around in the street, and hanging around while they moved? -I ended up paying almost $700 and afterwards I hired a different mover to finish the job for $300 -Destroyed my pink velvet couch by shoving it along the bottom of their truck with no protection -Broke a desk and didn't inform me of it at all. The second mover showed it to me. -Left some of their food trash in our garage (as my friend bought them food) -Did not give work the whole 3 hours (didn't start until 12:20 and then left at 2:55). But I was so frustrated/hot/tired (As I was also putting in serious physical labor) at that point that I wanted it to be over

Terrence and his two sons are my heroes. I tried to move all of my belongings by myself and couldn't handle it. Terrance and his sons stopped by to help me in between another moving job, to help me move the rest of my belongings. Thank you so much for being such a blessing! They all did a wonderful job helping me pack and move. Terrance gave me an affordable quote that was way less expensive than the other moving companies! Thank you so much Burrell's!! 😇 10 ⭐️'s
