The lady was rude. She did not accept my Amazon return package because it was put in a plastic bag and not put in a box. I told the lady that it was a mattress, and I was not able to compress and put it back to the original box. Then I went to another store, and they accepted it and did not say any word.

The employees at this location are very rude for absolutely no reason. I came in with a return and did not have it taped (I have never had an issue with this before) and the employee started yelling at me saying that they receive thousands of packages a day and we should not expect them to do extra work. It’s really not that hard to be nice to someone, but apparently they don’t know how to do that, just by reading all of the other 1 star reviews. And by the way I went to the UPS store down the street on Brokaw and they took my package no problem, without yelling at me. Maybe you should take notes from them on how to act.

Extremely rude employee! The lady had me wait at the counter for a long time even though there was no one else in the store! Before even walking over to the counter herself, she yelled from far away about getting my QR code ready (for an Amazon return) which I had already pulled up before even entering the store. Never coming back here again!

Worst UPS service at this location I'll ever experience. I've never had any bad experience at any other UPS location except for this one. Rude employee. I asked politely if they can take a package for me, one strip. She said we don't take any package but you can buy one. I look at a small tiny roll of tape for $7.50.
