I’m very happy to share that Carlos and his team, including Beto, took care of my blown out engine on my way through from the Central Valley to San Jose for a job interview (which I did get)! They were able to expediently find a motor, get everything installed within a few days and even did additional work at my request and successfully took care of any issues that came along the way! Bought a tire from here two days ago, drove the car home and parked it until I could get an alignment. Brought the car in yesterday and the same guy who sold me the tire said “ I can’t do it, this tire is bad” we told him, you just sold us this tire…” no, no this tire is too bad” so you’re basically saying the tire you sold us is bad???? How are you going to sell us something and forget, and then say it’s bad?? And do nothing to fix the problem? Complete SCAM and waste of time!!

I was in a tough situation traveling from Los Angeles to Eureka and the car kept overheating. on a Sunday morning Carlos and his team did a diagnostic. Carlos and Luis explained to me fully what they thought it was and all the possibilities causing my problem. He gave me a choice to fix the water pump or just tow the car, no pressure on his part. I agreed to have the car serviced to change the water pump and he and Luis finished water pump and timing belt removal and installation in 3 hours. They are truly men with the want to help people on the road and have helped hundreds of people. My experience was excellent and they were honest fast and in the end they fixed my mystery problem which 3 other mechanics could not figure out. I made it to Eureka without any other car trouble.
