Casper Movers did an incredible job navigating heavy furniture through my narrow multi-story townhome and efficiently assembling it at our new home. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My family is part of a military organization and we use this company for the first time to move our belongings only to learn that there was stuff missing from Alexandria, VA to Yorktown, VA. (2 people were supposed to move our stuff, but it turned out 5 people showed up from out of nowhere) Our clothes, jewelry, and pictures were missing. Does their insurance cover for our loss after we unpacked? NO. THEY DO NOT COVER OUR LOSS BECAUSE OF WINDOW TIME FRAME. A member of our family was on TDY for the military and unable to unpack right of way. I have warned those who are looking for movers, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THE BEST TO SAVE YOUR HASSLE IS TO USE MEMBER OF YOUR OWN FAMILY (PAY THEM TO HELP AS IF YOU WOULD HAVE PAID CASPER MOVER $2000.00) just to move your stuff. HERE IS OUR LOSS $2500 (MOVER to MOVE STUFF) PLUS $5000 in LOSS. THAT is $7500 in total loss to use this service. SAVE yourself. ZERO STAR FROM US. NOT RECOMMENDED. I HAD TO PUT A STAR IN OTHERWISE GOOGLE WILL NOT POST THIS.
