I really don't know how to state my facts...cause it is just to much...but I will say this experience with this company, and these seller has been horrible for me being a first time buyer. It has been over a year now that I have started this venture. I have been waiting over a year since the house has been placed on my property to move into this modular home. They are very unprofessional and irresponsible. Their problems become your problems, and its a shame a co-worker referred me to them. They have excuses after excuse to why they have not finished this house, and if they think I don't know about the money they seem to be trying to scam from me I do....I am wondering if their are any other persons dealing with this same issue that I am. You can't finish a home with a two man crew. After this is done I will be back for part two of this posting to let you know the real deal. I am in the process of seeking legal representation at this time. I have been patient and very respectful, but now I am tired.....Lewilove This company will see stars before I give them stars!!!!! Unfortunately!!! I have to give them one star to Post!!!!!!

My mom just purchased a home a month ago it was poorly put together and the communication that Rodney should’ve been giving my mother was very unprofessional she had to keep calling Rodney to see what were the next steps when he should’ve been keeping her informed. There are so many things poorly done in my moms home it’s just ridiculous. We will see how long it will take to get all these problems fixed if it’s not done in a timely manner they will be hearing from our lawyer.

My family and I purchased a home two years ago from Choo Choo Homes. During the first few months of living in the home we asked and told the manager of Choo Choo Homes that some parts of the house were either falling apart or weren't correctly installed, due to our factory warranty being active. I kept insisting with calls and text messages trying to get them to come out and fix our home, but they always came up with "we will get back with you next week" or something along the lines. It has been two years now and we yet have had someone come out and fix our home. It has been very unprofessional and unethical. I do not usually write reviews for companies or small businesses. But in this particular situation it is different.
