Joe and his men were cool people, outside of business I think we would be good friends. Joe was always quick to respond, funny and friendly. I gave 4 stars because I did have some damage to my furniture and after payment was done, any response ended. They have insurance but I guess if its not something worth over $1,000(which they charge 3rd party insurance for) then it doesn’t matter to them. Not only that but they were also an HOUR late AND when they arrived kept telling me every additional charge there would be even though I was told there were “no hidden fee’s”. I would probably still hire again simply because they have competitive rates but would make sure that my furniture is better taken care of.

I moved on May 15 with this company. They were unable to remove my washer and dryer due to a tight space and when I called to let the boss know, I was offered 2 additional men to help, yet I was going to be charged $150 in addition. I don’t understand how that makes sense. The men were rude after they found this out and I couldn’t wait to get them out of my house. I feel like some of my items were damaged, which I can’t fault them entirely; it was raining the entire time. This company is unprofessional, does not care about customer service and I will not be using them again. Or even recommend. My co-worker referred her movers to me, but I decided to go cheaper. It turned out to be more expensive and poor quality work. If you want good service and quality work, do not use them.

I had my doubts using them initially as they had no reviews but a friend of mine did recommend them They do a great job moving your furniture and they are not rushing things I will not hesitate to use them again! Joe, Ahmad and Moe did a great job moving me from Plano to Allen this weekend. I even had some furniture at my new home that needed to be moved around and assembled and they did it at no extra charge!

Worked out great for us. We ended up needing them for 2 days instead of 1, but they easily accommodated us. Errol and Maurice were Awesome!! Colby was good, the first day...unfortunately he was absent the second. Errol and Maurice knocked it out!! Very good company with Great guys in the field!! Not only do we recommend them, but would Definitely hire them again. Thank you Thank you Thank you

Alvin and TJ were responsive, polite, and they did a great job staying in communication and making my move quick and easy. They both had really positive attitudes and I would highly recommend them, and this company, to anyone for their next move. Thank you!
