I just want to come here and say that this service was absolutely excellent from beginning to end. I never ever write reviews but I would be remiss not to write one for this service. Firstly, I was on a very impractical time constraint as I had to transport a car before the 4th of a July. After calling several transport services and speaking to rude and unwilling companies, I finally decided to call A-AAA as it was sort of in my area. From the beginning, I was transferred to a very kind woman named Ana who helped me secure a driver in a matter of minutes for the very next day as she understood that this was a somewhat unreasonable time constraint. Still, she worked with me to find a solution for every problem. I ended up being billed $600 for the 4+ hour drive from Liverpool NY to Ridgefield CT. The driver showed up an hour before I did and was still very patient and waited not only until I arrived, but until I had finished looking at the car I was going to buy, calling a mechanic, test driving the car and signing all of the paperwork. He loaded the car, a 2013 Nissan 370z V1 NISMO in mint condition without damaging a single part of the car. I followed him back home, stopping to get gas on the way he even admired the car with me. I offered to buy him food but he refused every time! Finally, when we got to the destination, he unloaded the car with great care and made sure not to cause any damage. I tipped him $50 for the whole thing which still seems like I should have given him more. Absolutely excellent service! Thank you Ilia!

We used A-AAA Auto Transport to ship our car from Florida to Chicago. The process was smooth from start to finish! We’ve used other transport companies in the past and have had issues with communication and trouble with pick up and drop off locations. A-AAA was so easy to work with and delivered our car in an efficient and timely manner! Their communication was also great! I’d highly recommend using them as their service is exceptional!

Stephanie you all are amazing. This was by far the best experience we had with shipping our vehicle. Everyone was helpful and pleasant and the driver upon arrival in Vermont was incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend A-AAA Auto transport to anyone who is looking to have a vehicle transported.. This was our first use of cross country auto transport and it was an excellent experience. Pickup was on time. Driver was courteous. Transit time was the quickest estimated. Delivery was to our door, on time, driver pleasant. Payment was as agreed, rate was competitive. Customer service from A-AAA before, during and after was the best. Never moved a car before and this was as great of an experience one could have. They worked with my hectic pre-move schedule made it easy to pay. Pick up was seamless and drop off accommodated our moving schedule and very prompt friendly etc. highly recommend to anyone considering auto transport across the country.
