My boss referred me to Dr. Lewis when I had several terrible toothaches 5 years ago. I do not regret it one bit. He was able to identify and fix the problematic teeth as well as fix the work of the previous dentist. Dr. Lewis genuinely cares for his patients and his staff are professional and friendly.

I've been going to Dr. Lewis for about 14 years. My son has been going to him as well, since he was little. He's patient, kind and on top of his craft. He never talks down to me, which is really important to me. He explains everything and does not recommend extra work or unnecessary treatments. Only complaint is that his office is busy at all times. It takes month or more to get an appointment. They schedule cleanings six months or a year out . I find that it's easier to get in if you are flexible and can get in during the "work" day hours.

THIS REVIEW IS BASED ON THE EXPERIENCE I JUST HAD WITH A RECEPTIONIST IN THE OFFICE, NOT DR LEWIS..... I just called Dr. Lewis' office to confirm an appointment for today, since I didn't get a reminder phone call. The receptionist told me that I was not on the schedule and I would have to "reschedule" an appointment. She even suggested that I may have cancelled my appointment and just didn't remember. I was able to find my appointment card and called back to Dr. Lewis' office. The same receptionist stated, "you may have the appointment card, but you are not on the schedule." Instead of attempting to make up for the error made by the office and perhaps giving me a call back if there is a cancellation, the receptionist offered me an appointment for over a month away. Too long to wait to get a filling, especially when I already waited a month for this appointment. It is truly a shame that one person can ruin a good impression of an entire office. I am sure that Dr. Lewis would not approve of his patients being treated this way. I am looking for a new dentist. No more referrals from me.

I was recommended to Dr. Lewis's office more than 20 years ago. He is an excellent dentist, and his office staff is wonderful. My children have grown up seeing Dr. Lewis.
