Very bad company and very bad people. Having fun of people spending time to recover their cars (in my case was towed illegally). Acting like they enjoy watching people facing negative moments. It was the worst experience to retrieve our Honda from this shady place

I left my car parked in front of the AIRBNB as I am moving my belongings in for a long stay and when I walked out, THESE PEOPLE STOLE MY DAMN CAR !!!!!! They do not pick up the phone. These scammers are so greedy and they exist to make your life miserable. I had to call LAPD to attempt to resolve this. This is the most ghetto company in all of LA. If I am moving my things with the trunk wide open and the garage door wide open why would you JUMP IN MY CAR AND DRIVE OFF ???? WITH MY CAR ?!!!!!! MY car is a rental car so now I have to find the owner of a rental car to bother them to come retrieve the car. So now everyone has to stop their life because this company stole my car as I was moving in my rental ? Does this make sense to you ? The company has the audacity to charge me $500 after they jumped in my car and stole it. The neighbor said there was never a towing truck. These people are evil. You will get what is coming to you.

Absolutely horrible peephole they laugh in your face and are very shady they had my car towed from my own parking spot just because someone else said it was there’s ??? broke my car just wait till bbb hears about this. especially that jose guy he raised his voice at me and threatened to hit me thank the heavens my husband was there to save me who knows what else would have happened if i was alone

Front desk lady hung up on me after asking a few simple questions. She could barely speak English and acted like a complete you know what. Extremely disrespectful, and un professional company. And there pricing is outrages. This company won’t be around much longer, I guarantee it.after receiving my vehicle I almost pulled out onto oncoming traffic with a tampered with brake system. I have photos to prove it.
