Dependable movers were absolutely fantastic—particularly Vitaly, Brian, Tohtar, and Ivan. My husband and I had a complicated move from San Ramon to Stanford with needing to exchange some furniture at a third location, and they were very accommodating and flexible. They were very responsive by phone and text before the move and that helped immensely for our planning and peace of mind in the process. On the day of the move, Dependable movers were very professional, efficient, and respectful of our belongings. We were really very happy with their services and truly couldn’t have pulled off the move without them—they made it effortless for us!

I had a tricky move involving a fourth-floor walk up and a super steep driveway. Before the movers arrived, the brokers took the time to fine-tune the size of the truck, number of movers, and cost, ensuring both the safety of their workers and staying within my budget. This attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction was truly impressive. On the day of the move, the movers arrived exactly on time and immediately put me at ease. They explained everything clearly, were incredibly efficient, and demonstrated professionalism throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was their genuine care for their workers' well-being. They graciously accepted the sports drinks and protein bars I left out for them, which kept them hydrated and energized throughout the day. Their positive energy and friendliness made the moving experience enjoyable, and they even finished ahead of schedule! This is my first experience using a moving company. Just moved out of my apartment of 13 years to a new today. I didn't have a lot of knowledge about how to go about hiring movers. Found this company with great reviews and hired them. Alex took my call and explained the process throughly and answered all my questions, I scheduled a date. The movers came by and introduced themselves in a well-mannered way. We went over what to take over to the new apartment, what can stay, donations, etc. They packed everything up quickly and off to the new apartment! I was worried about a large, expensive couch I have, but Brian (one of the movers) understood right away how to assemble and disassemble carefully. He even waited for me to make sure it still worked before they left. Ivan and Abdul was helpful in putting items where I would like them and offering a hand with random things or moving larger furniture if I changed my mind. Overall, it was a great first experience, high-quality! Would hire again if needed to, hopefully not soon. Thanks. (Picture of my power reclining sofa I was worried about).

Jonny was very good in explaining the process, giving us the quote, help setup the moving date. He would follow up on a regular basis and made sure we were ready for the move. Alex and William helped us move all of our stuff. They were very nice, approachable, adaptable and handled all our stuff so cautiously. We had 2 flights of stairs at the delivery location but they had just the right tools and equipment for the job. They even helped setup the bed and the TV in their respective spots. We can't thank Alex and William enough for helping us with the move. We definitely highly recommend Dependable Movers.
