Real and current company name is ‘Diamond Relocation Inc’, please read and educate yourself because I wish someone would have told me. Update July 24. Do not use this company. My belongings are destroyed. My leather sofa set that I paid extra for them to wrap was full of mold and wet. I also discovered that “Mark Russo” if that’s his real name, frequently goes bankrupt which is why he incorporates because it doesn’t affect him personally. So when there’s damage and too many claims come in, he goes bankrupt then just opens another moving company under another name. They do not move furniture and subcontract to other moving companies which is why it takes sooooo long before you get your stuff. At this point, my lawyer will be moving forward because your house insurance only covers moves under 30 days so as long as he keeps all moves over 30 days, your house insurance company will not go after him and he is clear to continue with his con. Disgusting!!! Update july 19…. It has been since May 27 that they have picked up my belongings. Staff is rude. They huff and puff on the phone when you ask questions like you’re bothering them. Their ETA are never correct. They have been repeatedly telling me over the last weeks that I’ll get my delivery in a few days but then I never do. It’s been 2 months, police have been contacted and file has been started for an investigation. Police in both provinces are involved because the pick up and drop off is in different locations. I don’t understand why they promise delivery in 2 weeks when it’s currently been 2 months. You can forget about a discount because then you just don’t get your belongings. It’s all held in hostage and they deliver whenever, it could be 6 months before I get my stuff because they don’t care. They have no reason to rush. July 2024….Diamond relocation Inc is an absolute nightmare. Mark and Grace are scammers. They ask for a picture of the payment, do not send it, they can deposit the amount with a picture, then they have your belongings and your money. They have kept my belongings hostage for almost 6 weeks now. I have contacted police to investigate as I’m not sure I’ll ever get it. They don’t reply to emails and rarely answer calls, when they do they lie and tell you deliver will be a certain day and it never is. Grace has given me multiple delivery dates and no one came. Mark told me this morning that I should get my delivery today then when I called for a time, I’m told it’s still in Toronto and truck leaves in a week so I’ll get it next week. I have heard this same lie over and over. Thankfully police have taken all emails, texts and paperwork so they can investigate. Please avoid using this company and don’t be fooled by the friendly voices you’ll only hear when they pick up your belongings because after that, expect rude conversations and false promises. I can only pray that I get my belongings and they aren’t damaged. As for price, it’s more than twice what I was originally quoted. No where’s near as affordable as they claim, even with their fake 5% discount. All sorts of other hidden charges they add in after they already have your belongings so you’re screwed. To add to lies, they are not located in Buffalo. They are located in Toronto and just keep changing company name due to bad reviews they continuously get.

Mark salesperson charged more CAD compared to other moving companies in the market, stating that they will deliver the shipment early. But after shipping, there were no any communication and our shipments did not arrive on previous confirmed date. Tried calling Customer care, representative was rude and did not provide any information on when our shipments would arrive. After calling multiple times, a Customer care person mentioned that their truck got breakdown and they don’t have any tentative date on when the truck will be fixed and be back on road. Now I am not sure when my shipments will arrive. Our experience with Diamond Relocations has become an absolute nightmare, I would not suggest their service. They are not worth of the money we pay for the work. *** Gave single start, only then I can comment ***

Moving Experience with Diamond Relocators Inc After much consideration, we decided to use a reliable moving company for our relocation from Ontario to New Brunswick. Our diligent search led us to Diamond Movers, later known to us as "Diamond Relocators Inc." From the start, we were impressed by their professionalism. Mark Russo, our primary contact, was always prompt and readily available to answer any of our questions. When we initially received our quote and paid the deposit of CAD 200, the process seemed straightforward. As our packing progressed and the number of items increased, I contacted Mark, and he reassured me, "We will move everything that you have packed." However, there are a few important things future customers should be aware of: 1. **Ask Detailed Questions**: They charge extra for plastic coverings for furniture (e.g., sofas, beds, TVs). It’s a good idea to buy these coverings yourself to save on costs. 2. **Delivery Timeframes**: Be sure to clarify delivery dates. We learned on the day of pickup (August 31st) that after collection, items are stored in a warehouse, weighed, and repacked into another trailer. The delivery time they initially quote is longer because they wait to fill a trailer before moving items across the country. Two days before pickup, I was informed that the time would be shifted to an earlier slot. On the day of the move, however, the movers were late, and when I called the driver, he seemed unsure of his location, which made me anxious and question whether this was a scam. Nevertheless, they arrived about an hour and 25 minutes later and were very professional, equipped, and organized. Every item was labeled, removed, and documented. One major downside was post-pickup customer service. Like many other reviewers, I experienced great frustration. Once they had my belongings, it became almost impossible to reach anyone. When I did manage to get through, the representative was rude, hurling insults and hanging up, making me feel incredibly anxious and helpless. At this point, I feared our move would become a horror story like so many others. I decided to pray, as the thought of traveling thousands of miles and not receiving our belongings—or worse, having them held hostage—was overwhelming. Thankfully, I received an email with an updated invoice and a follow-up call assuring me that our items would arrive between September 7th and 9th. By the grace of God, I was contacted on September 4th by the driver, who informed me that he was en route and would arrive within a day. On September 5th, they delivered our belongings between 3 PM and 5 PM, as promised. Every single item was accounted for and in good condition. I am incredibly grateful that everything worked out, and I thank God for seeing us through this stressful experience. Although I haven't yet called to express my thanks to the company, I wanted to take this opportunity to write a review, as I know how important it is to hear from others when choosing a relocation company. My actual score is 4.5 🌟 because of the post customer service, but there is no .5 so I give them 5 🌟

We have moved many times, often across countries and continents. Our experience with Diamond Relocations has become an absolute nightmare. Our agreed upon date for delivery of our goods is 21 May. I called numerous times to confirm this and each time Mark, the sales consultant, confirmed this. Then today I had to find out that our delivery would not be on the date agreed. I had to found this out after calling and e-mailing them, no communication from their side. I was told the delay was due to the customs clearance process, but when my husband called he was told that they do not have a trailer to load the move. These people are dishonest and unapologetic and in possession of everything we own. We spent additional money on airfare to take delivery of our move, which cannot be refunded. We have no isea where our belongings are nor when we will get them back. I have to now consult a lawyer and spend additional money. Do not make the same mistake we did, use any other moving company

The experience I had was unreal mainly with how they operate their moves. As it was an inconvenience for me to move on the desired day I wanted to move. Instead I had to go with what they had available. When I went weeks ahead of time to get help with my move. Secondly the movers where cool but the moved stuff I couldn’t move back on my own and left behind there own door stopper. When they only had 1 in the first place.
