I had the pleasure of working with Advantage Moving & Storage in a business capacity several times. They provided service beyond expectations. We decided to move from the Bay area to Rocklin, CA and again chose Advantage as our preferred company. What a fantastic team of professionals. Our furnishing were well protected and tremendous care was provided to each item. Of course we moved into a 2 story with several large pieces of furniture that needed placement upstairs. Even with a ridiculously long drive, the team showed up in a great mood, dedicated to making our move as smooth as possible. Everything was done swiftly, placed exactly where we asked. I was moving from California to Nevada and already had a moving company. But they had stoped being responsive and I could not have that in my situation. So I looked at the movers in diamond certified. I found Advantage called and Paul came out. He was great and had the company on hold. I still needed to sell my house, they were very flexible and accommodating. The day of the move arrived and Gilbert and his crew were great. I was unsure if they would fit everything in on truck, but they did. They met me at the storage unit and unloaded the truck. I would use them again and recommend this company

Excellent experience!!! Our 3 movers, sorry can't remember names, arrived on time and worked none stop until truck was loaded and ready to go. Thought it would take longer. Got to new address and the same experience!!! Unloading took less time. The guys were super respectful of our belongs and checked with us before putting anything into the new home when unloading. Really couldn't have asked for more!!! Will definitely refer Advantage Moving to all friends and family. Hopefully will not have to move again BUT if so I know who to call!!! THANK U so much for making this stressfully experience so easy!!! Didn't take any photos!

I'm giving this company 2 stars only because the actual movers and the gentleman (Paul) that came out to give my Grandmother a quote were actually really nice. However, their business practices are extremely shady. They came out, measured everything, looked at all of my grandmothers belongings, and gave her a quote to move everything into storage, then to her new home a few months later. They said the first month of storage would be free, and gave a price for each additional month. My Grandmother had used them for this exact same moving scenario in the past, but now their price for the same type of move had drastically increased. Because the original move had taken place a couple years prior, my grandmother agreed to pay their new additional fees due to inflation. Three months went by and my Grandmother had settled into her new home, and contacted them to deliver her items. Not only were some items missing (which had also happened the first time she had used them), but now they were trying to charge her almost $1k in additional fees to move her items to her new home. My grandmother told them that was not what she had signed and or agreed upon, so they left and said they would follow up with their supervisor. This is where we started getting harassing phone calls from the owner/manger named Chitra. Several times she was caught lying on the phone, while her story kept changing about why the price had suddenly increased without notice. She kept saying it isn't about the money....yet she was harassing an elderly woman (on a fixed income) to what would amount to no more than a measly $500 dollars. Her actions showed exactly what type of company they are running, and about their morals. She also kept threatening us by saying she would take us to court. Needless to say, this has been a horrible experience, and definitely not worth the headache.

Dealt with my small move coast to coast very professionally. The agent I worked with was exceptionally responsive, friendly, and understood my concerns. The company has a very high level of integrity and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
