Although I did not see Dr Ramirez, this review is for Tuan Duong PA-C who works at the same clinic under him. To preface this review, I have experience working in a primary care setting and was looking for a new PCP to care for myself. After having my first visit, I can say that I would be absolutely appalled if I provided medical care of his level to my own patients. He did not show any interest in me at all as a new patient, and only had the mentality to rush through my visit as quickly as possible so he can get to the next one. He did not treat me with respect and only saw me as an obstacle in his work day. I did not have a chance to get a word in or ask any questions for clarification. This new patient visit lasted maybe 3 minutes max. He refused to refill my medicine previously filled by my previous family medicine doctors over the past 4 years and was quick to offer a "referral" to pass me along to the next doctor who could. I have an HMO and would have required a formal referral sent to my insurance, but I was just given a list of a few specialists in the area that were private/cash pay only whom I was expected to contact and figure things out on my own. His clinical decision making is suspect as he even offered a referral to the cardiologist even though it was not warranted whatsoever. Please avoid this clinic and provider if at all possible. You have been warned.

I will speak about the unprofessional staff members that I had a very unpleasant experience with. Front staff Lourdes and also Ana, who is the MA and lied and said she was the RN. Both were VERY unprofessional. To be hung up on and have the MA say to me: "You just want to complain about everything, you are very annoying." If this is how they spoke with me, I cannot imagine how they speak to their patients. I will be having my mother transfer care immediately!!!!!

I had a fine visit start was able to be seen as a walk in.. Receptionist was very helpful and had a good tone.. I have been waiting in pain for my referral to come in for physical therapy as well as another and have never had this long of a wait..Its now called top care medical group but this doctor has made that a questionable name.. dr.Huerta made me feel like I have no idea what I'm talking about.. His bedside manner is quite sad and unfortunately probably due to the area in which he works; unless he has some type of Malace toward someome who looks like me.. A patient may not know what's going on with the their body but I'm pretty sure the majority know pain that we feel and when we seek medical attention it should be provided with respect! I personally am one who doesn't like going to the doctor unless I deem it serious enough.. Doctors like that are the reason so many such as myself would rather not go to the doctor..

Very horrible experience here. The front lady Yajaira is very non professional and treats non English speaking patients with no first class customer service but second class citizens. Doc. Ramirez is great however, his team is terrible and has us moving our business elsewhere.

When our care Doctor don't know what we have , me and my family always go to Dr. Ramirez in Las colinas Medical Center and they figure it out or refer us to the right doctor. They have great Doctors , just have been be patient when you go , the waiting time is a bit longer.
