My experience with Dr. Sanchez and office staff was fine. However, making an appointment was one of my worst experiences with a doctors office. After 5 attempts and 2 online attempts I gave up. Eventually someone called me back after 2 weeks. Dr. Sanchez and other doctors do not deserve this type of business. I only went because my GP urged me to go. Otherwise I would have chosen another doctors office that was more personable.The company that shields the phone calls and makes appointments interferes with the doctors being able to have a personal relationship with their patients.

It took me several days to talk to someone for an appt. Everyone in the front was nice and friendly. Dr Sanchez was very nice and seemed to care. However, I went for a Eurogram on May 26 and never heard anything back, I received the results on the Methodist patient portal and had some questions and concerns.

PLEASE! Don’t waste your precious time. Go to a different doctor. There are plenty of great, ethical and professional doctors. Don’t make the mistake we did.

Had a referral from TriCare to see him. Went in with no prior knowledge, just a “Jesus Take the Wheel” moment. The care was excellent. The staff at both offices were great and Dr Sanchez was a consummate professional and took great care of me.
