Elvis towing was super quick and Jesse was very professional and chill. No one wants to pay for an unexpected tow, but they were reasonably priced. From when I called to when Jesse arrived was about 40 minutes. He took my car to Bob Lees and dropped us off for a burger. Check out my Glory Days Monday burger review! Lol

After a disaster and 5 hours of trying to get AAA to come and tow me outside Tropicana Field, I called Elvis Towing! Stephanie was so helpful and dispatched a truck right away. Exceptional service! I called multiple companies after my insurance company failed to help me (for services I pay for) while I was broken down on the side of some random road. The first two major tow companies I called told me it would take 3-4 hours for them to send someone out to assist. I called Elvis and was surprised to be met with genuine helpfulness and compassion for my situation. They quoted me the same amount as the first two companies and told me they'd have someone out within the hour. Maybe 20 minutes later to my surprise (again), I see their tow truck. The gentleman was professional and helpful. He had my car on the flatbed and ready to go in less than 10 minutes. When we arrived at my destination, he helped push my car into a parking spot and I paid exactly what I was quoted. I would never have thought I'd be writing a positive review for a tow company, but here I am! They took the time to provide exceptional service so the least I can do is to highly recommend them. Friday night I had been waiting on AAA for 4+hours… finally at 11pm AAA told me that I would have to call a private towing company, pay out of pocket and submit the receipt for reimbursement. I called many different towing companies but finally came across ELVIS TOWING! Not only were they the least expensive, they gave me the shortest wait time. The dispatcher told me 45 minutes (which seemed like an eternity, after waiting for AAA for 4+ hours) but 25-30 mins later I see the ELVIS tow truck. Jesse came to save the day! He was the sweetest most respectful man… just the kind of person you would want to come and help you out!!! Thank you Jesse and ELVIS TOWING. I will NOT call AAA EVER AGAIN!!! I will ALWAYS recommend ELVIS TOWING!!!! Thank you guys 😇🙏🏻
