Our entire experience with Exodus Moving Storage has been excellent. The process of estimating our move was quick (within two days of calling), the office staff was professional and friendly. Our request for a specific date was honored and each employee was timely. I appreciate that each employee introduces themselves and shows a genuine interest in your situation. The on site storage box is clean and well built, the young men who came to do the move-out were efficient, careful, and friendly. I’m expecting our move back in at the end of the month will be just as smooth.

Right from the beginning of the process, our experience with Exodus Moving & Storage left us completely satisfied! Norma took thorough inventory of our belongings to offer an estimate & although, my husband was on the fence about hiring movers, Carlos took the time to thoroughly explain and detail the pricing, easing my husbands concerns. We are thankful that Norma was able to still quickly schedule our move with short notice due to our indecisiveness . The movers – Mac, Vicente, and Raul – showcased outstanding professionalism. They arrived earlier than expected, a detail I appreciated, and immediately began working. Throughout the process, they took the initiative without needing instruction (other than the initial walk-through, where I outlined my moving priorities and showed them what was ready to go). They even took the extra step to ensure that items I had packed inadequately were properly secured! 😅They dismantled the crucial but daunting items, like beds, at the old house and then reassembled them at the new location. They also neatly arranged boxes in their assigned places. Choosing to hire them was a fantastic choice, especially as my husband, who was hesitant to get movers, agreed! 👏🏽🤗We are immensely grateful for their efficiency, strong work ethic, and attention to detail. Their professionalism, kindness, and careful handling of our possessions did not go unnoticed.
