If I could give zero stars, I would. The owner Roman came to our home and walked through for our quote. Assured us we could have it done in a certain time frame, and all would be well. He was so nice, I trusted his word as he is the one who owns this business. In our 25 years of military and 11 professional moves never have we ever encountered such dissatisfaction and flat out disrespect with any moving company. When the moving day came, it was a very different story from the initial walk through. His workers Joe, Ihor and Carl took over 12 hours on the first day to pack an already boxed & packed house. All that was left before they came was to disassemble the furniture. They were very slow, unorganized, and very unprofessional in their demeanor. They were unable to professionally utilize their own truck space. At the end of 12 hours 1/3 of our items were unpacked and we were asked “do you really need to take the rest of this stuff?” Gesturing to the rest of our personal belongings and valuables. They complained multiple times about work and fought amongst themselves often. Their plan was to unload and reassemble our furniture with 2 of the 3 employees, they decided to have the one person who would not be joining the unload at the new location perform all of the furniture dismantle. Once on location, no one knew how to put our furniture back together and we were told to “google it” with a shrug. We were then charged over 2k from the initial walk through quote which we were assured was “accurate” from the owner himself. I will not even elaborate on the damages they denied and neglected to rectify. I wouldn’t recommend them, ever. Take your trust elsewhere. Good luck.
