We used this company to move our piano in 2020. The piano needed to be moved again. We spoke on the phone with a rep (who was clearly not local from a larger hub), gave specifics of the move, including how many steps the house has, and was told we would be contacted about a time. We got a call in the morning and were given 40 minutes notice. The crew arrived, not dressed for heavy lifting, did not have proper equipment, and said they weren’t sure how to move the piano. I explained how THEIR company did it the previous time. They left to go back to their office and find supplies. I had a hunch they were not going to return, so I called back, and was told I needed to just find another company because they were not told there were steps involved, and Fox will not move pianos with steps…even though they obviously did it last time. Gladly found 2 other local companies who behaved professionally and have more experience. Consider calling Mighty Movers or Still Transfer if you need a piano moved.

Peyton and his crew were excellent movers! They wrapped everything nicely and were very careful moving things in and out of the houses. They were friendly and worked hard for the time they were here. We appreciate them taking care of our belongings!

Company is extremely unprofessional and has major internal communication issues. We hired them to move a bulky piece of furniture up a flight of steps. We provided measurements of the furniture along with measurements and images of the steps. We also provided insight on what would need to be done to move it, which is lifting the furniture up high. All of this information was disclosed with this company via the phone before scheduling the company. The company assured us that it would not be a problem to complete this task. The company requires a minimum of 2 hours pay, which is standard with moving companies. However, upon the movers arriving, they quickly decided they could not move the furniture. They then demanded the payment even though they could not move the furniture. If they would have truthfully advised over the phone that they could not move the furniture then we would have not hired them as there was no purpose for them other than this bulky piece of furniture. Now we were forced to pay for 1 hour of time in which they were on property approximately 35 minutes and the majority of that was spent arguing and refusing to leave without payment. This company should not commit to jobs that they can not complete. Maybe if you are moving something small like pens or toothbrushes they can handle the job, but for this company I would not hire them for furniture.

Spent over $2100 and didn’t get the services that was contracted. Took 2 days because they over booked. We had a few pieces of furniture broken and that has been a nightmare dealing with their insurance. They pay .60cents per pound and that is nothing for replacing the things that were damaged.

I promise you will not regret calling them up! We have been in our home for 20 years and have a 2 story house plus a basement and garage. We paid them to pack and move us. Well worth every cent! From the first call to Danielle to the move estimate to the actual move everything was flawless and next to effortless on our part. Professional young men, organized, on time, strong and friendly. Could not ask for better service all the way around. Payton McCracken was the supervisor and did an outstanding job. Tyler and all the other guys were top notch. Wish i could mention everyone by name.
