Our hospital had an incredible experience with GMT for our patient’s recent transportation. The driver truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Our patient has a service dog. Not only was he punctual and professional, but he also took extra steps to ensure that our patient and his dog were comfortable and well taken care of. It’s rare to find such compassion and dedication in a service, but the driver exemplified both. I’m so grateful for his kindness and the exceptional service provided by GMT. Thank you to Nicole Jenkins and Lisa both driver for Ground Medical Transportation . Semper Fi, Ooh Ra ! to Maurice who coordinates the pick up and return rides to origin. I had a great ride to the VA Hospital. Being a Veteran that meant a lot to me as my wife cannot drive me. GMT works with Veterans which is great. TL;DR : BEST OF THE BEST YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR THANK YOU GIOVANI & JADIN UNIT 20 I’ve taken countless medical transport rides from different LLCs and none have come close to the welcoming comfort and safe accessibility of GMTCARE. The ride was scheduled for my mother who was very nervous for the ride due to past experiences and ailment she was in but was immediately changed in contrast due to our crew who was a field trainer by the name of (Giovanni and his partner Jaden) in unit 20. Our house is very narrow but the expertise of the crew managed to get their stretcher to my mother’s room with no problem and no damages to our furniture unlike “LIFETRANS” questionable drivers. Mother has stenosis of the spine and any movement is pain to the extreme for her to the point of tears, gio reassured me he has experience in this sort of the thing and placed well placed pockets under her back and spine to provide comfort and support for the ride and transfer from bed to stretcher. Jadin was also very helpful he was very nice and talked with mother the whole step of the way and even sat in the back with her in the vehicle talking and giving her anything she needed. Gio was driving and I sat in the front he has a great sense of humor he drove extremely well avoiding any bumps and potholes in the road and even took a route where the road was safer- not only was this crew very experienced, safe, knows the lay of the town good.. but they also CARE - believe me if you are worried about having a loved one transported there is no better than GMTcare !! Thank you GMT unit 20 gio and Jadin I believe they are the best crew in lasvegas!! If you book make sure you request unit 20 for these guys! -Elaine
