If I could put zero stars I would. AVOID this company. Very unprofessional to say the least. After being late to pick up my vehicle I called a number. Someone picked up saying "hello". I thought i had the wrong number. No apology - just an excuse... oh the truck broke down. Pick up will be the next day. I had to scramble to find someone to help with the pickup as I was flying out that day. Then zero communication on when the car would be delivered - until I got a call last night at 7pm, telling me the car would be delivered at 8:30 PM. I had to change all my plans to last minute. Again - no apology, just rudeness. If I couldn't pick it up then I was told there was no saying when I would see my car again. The worse part... they couldn't deliver to my home because of some low bridges the truck wouldn't fit under. What? That is absolutely not true. I live in a big metropolitan area with many options for getting to my home. It is laziness and poor planning on their part. I had to drive 20 minutes to go to some remote parking lot (dark) in the middle of nowhere. Not cool for a single lady - I did not feel safe. Then he arrived 20 minutes late. Again, no apology. I've never dealt with such in in-competence and unprofessional in my entire life. I really don't know how they are still in business.

Be aware of the crazy added charges for your car shipping with Great Silk Rd Transportation. I was having a car shipped from Tucson to NYC. The broker informed me that I could put 100 lb personal items in the car for free. So my Mom put some of the toilet paper, bed quilt, pillows, and some kitchen appliances which are big in volume but pretty light. My whole stuff should be around 100 lb maybe exceeding a little bit. The driver comes to ask for $500 additional cash, otherwise, refuses to pick up the car. I was at flight that time my cousin made a great effort to talk to $300 and he was then willing to pick up the car. It is more like extortion. The driver told me I gave $300 as a tip, which I had never done, when I complained to his company, and Great Silk Rd Transportation is not willing to do anything. So think very carefully if you decide to use their car transportation service since they are not honest and you may pay much more than quoted price.

If I could provide 0 stars I would. They are rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. They literally left my car in the street at a random location with the hazard lights on and basically held my car ransom to pick it up. They are not flexible nor responsive to customers. They should not be in business. Literally the worst customer experience I've ever had.
