All I can say is be very careful dealing with this company. The owner does not have your best interest at heart!! I would NOT recommend this company EVER!!

Horrible company. I had an elderly family member who was a client for several years. The owner and her drivers are unprofessional & unpleasant. The owner will hang the phone in your ear, frustrate your arrival time to your appointment, or not send a van at all. There were a few times Im calling the office and no van service for my kinfolk or driver hasnt been made aware of any appointment bc owner never informed. Its pivatol that clients/patients get to their appointments and the owner doesnt give a damn. The owner, an older woman has no decorum will tell you "Im in the business to make money". If thats true, why do u drop the ball & not bring clients to their appointments! Bc of her being an older woman, Ive held back....not this time. Folks should be made aware of this company before a trip is booked! At times, owner caused much headache bc of her lack of organization & habitual lies.The vehicles are dirty, raggedy, & bug infested. Please consider other companies, patient & family dont need added stress, clients need their appointments which are vital to their health! No one should have to deal with the nastiness/ triple sidedness/unprofessionalism of the owner & staff! Subpar service, look elsewhere....save your peace of mind !

My patient was never picked up after his medical appointment. I called 10 times, no answer. The long term care facility gave me a supervisors number. When I called she was upset, raised her voice and stated “ they can’t wait all day” for patients to finish appointments. They never showed up to pick up my patient, despite telling me they would be there in a “few minutes”. The LTC had to send out a van after my patient waited 2 hours for Greathouse to never show up. I was able to advocate for my patient but there are many vulnerable people who don’t have help. I will never recommend or use this provider again. The LTC facility will no longer use them.

My Mother's rehabilitation facility uses this company. They are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Please don't use this unprofessional company. They were extremely late, argumentative & has very bad customer service. I wouldn't recommend this company to a stray dog. If I could give them less than ONE I would.

Unfortunately my last experiences were very poor!! This past Saturday client was not transported home as agreed on. Client had to remain in facility 2 days, who is goimg to pay that fee??? They refused to answer several calls and we couldn't leave a message. Very unreliable and super disappointed.
