Still owe me for 6 loads, that's right, SIX loads, from JULY of last year. Just like Ron below. I provided supporting documents and have been trying to communicate for months. They just ignore and ignore. I was running this company with my father who got sick but does GTI care? They just come up with excuses not to pay or ignore us. I can be using the funds for medical equipment but GTI thinks they are bigger and better than us so they don't have to respond right?

Don’t deserve even a single star , it’s been 4 months and no payment jet, after trying 3 days hardly spoke with there manager and he said there is only one person who handle the account and she is vacation. So don’t waste your time for nothing will complaint about them to Fmcsa

My name is Ron with Mercury Freight Group. It has been over a year and we still have NOT been paid for 2 loads that delivered to Shaffer California . Jason Klett was the manager at the time demanding proof we paid our drivers. We showed them proof but Jason came back saying sing our MC was no longer up and running that they CAN NOT pay us !??? How does that work ??? ? We moved the 2 loads to Target We paid our drivers. It’s their ethical duty to pay us for these unpaid invoices : mmm. A few days ago I spoke With Jocelyn in the accounting dept who said that only Ben B. Sun the CEO can decide to pay us or not . Of course Benson never reached out and neither Did Jocelyn . After several days of calling back trying to get either Jocelyn or Benson on the none I finally got connected with and Jocelyn. She flat out told me that they were NOT paying and I should stop calling . Then she hung up while I was talking . Shame on GTI and its management for letting a mom and pop American company go without getting paid for services they rendered . WE WILL BE CONTACTING CHARGILL INC AND TAGRGET DISTRIBUTION CENTER IN SHAFTER AND INVOICING THEM FOR THOSE LOADS . WHO else has gone unpaid by GTI USA group ? SHAME ON GIT USA GROUP
