They do not pay for the service provided. The administration ladies in the office come up with payment dates when they set the same invoice for payment. They must have lost track of who is calling them. The case will be reported to debt collection. Don't take charges from the company unless you want to ask for your own earned money. ORDER ON INVOICE FOR 60 DAYS AND NO PAYMENTS EVEN AFTER SUCH PERIOD. Deliberately extending payment times. Shame! It's a shame to work in such a company, to post loads, to identify with people who openly cheat. And this is supposed to be a "family atmosphere", looking at the opinion below... They have problems with payments and continuity of repayments. Hart Logistics - Your concern is that you found a company from the same city. You may have quite a few problems if the police and television come to you. We will publicize your problems.

I confirm here all the negatives for this company. With emphasis on the lack of basic knowledge of forwarders regarding the rules of customs clearance and other procedures applicable in transport. Of course, avoiding responsibility for these things is their domain. So stay as far away from working with them as possible.

It's a fact that the car was kept loading, the employee tried to help, but unfortunately the car was still standing. However, a notice for keeping the car while loading was obtained and handed over to us. There were no stupid explanations about 24 hours of free parking in accordance with the terms of the order, etc., and a nice approach. It's true that it took some time, but the company rose to the challenge.
