I don’t know what the receptionists do besides sit down and be on their phone. I called two days ahead to make an appointment and scheduled me for 9am. I go the day of at 9 only for the lady with an attitude to tell me sit down and wait after 10am. How you tell me 9am and I waited up until 11 for no call. Oh then you tell me I’m a walk-in. I’m over this clinic. Been coming here since young and these receptionist can’t do a decent job. Especially the two Dominican ladies always got some attitude. Wouldn’t recommend bringing your kids here.

This is the worst clinic ever . the workers are very rude and they all ways busy doing something Else otter then helping customers . they have no idea about costumer service. went I book appointment the doctor never see my daughter on time even if I get there before the appointment . Or what they do is they cancel the appointment on the last minute . so do you child a favor don't go there you deserve something better specially. if you are paying for it

Appointment at 9am and other clients that arrived after me went inside to see the doctor, because they are NEW and that represents NEW money they go in first, no respect for kids, so why they schedule me at 9am if they are going to see me at 10;30 am. People at the front desk just tell you write your name here they don't a knowledge you , more worried about eating their brakefast and playing with their cellphones. Doctor missing in action

I can only share from what inexperienced in one day of training at this facility. From The moment I walked out my interview a Patient informed me downstairs that it's best i look else where for work because she had been coming in for years and never seen a steady receptionist every few months there's someone new. Not only was the receptionist who was suppose to train me left me standing next to her for 20 mins and didn't care to look back at me or anything ,before I was offered a seat by another worker there. She didn't even acknowledged me until she was told too. The manager arrived mid afternoon and didn't even greet me I doubt she even knew my name. I just felt a weird vibe from her and the receptionist like if they were whispering about me. I decided to leave at 3 and when I went To tell the manager to ask what time Should I come in the next day she said " oh no just call or we will call you in the morning" no call so I decided to call and ask if I should go in The next day perhaps but she cut my convo short and seemed annoyed on the phone and mumbled some words and said no don't come bye. So about staff being rude I do agree because that's only what happened to me a Days worth. And how I watched Receptionist talk to patient straight rude.
